If I could give this gas station a 0 start I would. Indian employee younger appearance, had a nasty attitude and very unprofessional demeanor towards me. I ordered a green monster energy drink while in the drive through and multiple times repeated “ huh” so I said “ a monster “, confused as he kept asking which kind. When he came around the car to go pay with my card I asked out the window to grab something else that I was not finished ordering. I asked for the tall boy can of hard ice twisted tea half and half. Just one. He originally cashed me out I apologize and asked for 1 more tall boy can. He went in and paid and then came out with cases of beer. I said I did not ask for cases and said you guys have the tall boy cans right. He said yes I said that’s what I asked for not a case of beer. He got mad and said oh you don’t come here u come in my store and raised his voice and got mad yelling. I told him give me a refund I’m done as I didn’t want anything to do with the purchase as of now bc I’m irritated. He went inside grabbed two 20’s knowing I paid with a card, threw two cans of half and half in my car and shoved money and my card into my hand and i said sorry but I didn’t ask for two cases of beer I wanted to talk cans of them and he says I know I know but u want this and I said the flavor of the beer yes but not cases and he repeated over u want this no no and I couldn’t tell you what else he kept saying and throwing his hands up raising his voice as he thinks he’s over me bc I’m a woman. Sorry buddy, have a better day tomorrow if you don’t like your job quick. POOR COSTUMER SERVICE LEADS TO BAD REVIEWS. That’s why I’m here. I won’t recommend this gas station anymore. Nasty consumer service. Unsatisfied.

Advertises deals all around their drive through but refuse to honor them in the drive through. Some employees honor some refuse. Does not make sense how one person can, but another absolutely cannot. Refuse to accept THEIR OWN STORE REWARDS program in the drive through. Per product reps, this location will be losing their right to sell select products they are advertising deals for that they refuse to honor. They are dishonest and stealing from you, make sure you are checking receipts. They don’t properly itemize products on receipts and name them all the same item so you cannot identify which items are charged correctly either.

PAINFULLY slow gas pumps. The pumps also don't automatically stop, so it keeps pumping until manually stopped.

This area of Strongsville has just about all things needed. I like the convenience of a drive thru. I miss the warm sandwiches. And the cutie that made them.
