“I recently purchased 10 Evergreen trees from the Strongsville location. They were planted June 23, 2026. Brian and Jackie were extremely helpful and informative during the sales process. Greg and Jose' planted the trees. They were professional, thorough and answered all of my questions. Overall excellent service and beautiful trees. Thank you!”

“Came to this Home Depot on a Sunday afternoon. I was expecting there would be a lot of people and little help. I was pleasantly surprised to find that while there were a lot of people, there were many to help. The two guys John and Kookie who were great at the paint counter. While searching for bath towel holders we were given the exact aisle by an associate who could see we were searching for something. We also asked for help with recessed lighting and the gentleman told us aisle 51 which had some but he found us and said. Oh nuts probably aisle 50! Wow. He actually came to make sure we found what we needed. While we did need to order 1 thing online as they didn't have the size. We got everything else on our list of home projects ! Definitely worth coming to for the customer service and selection.”
