Nancy is AMAZING!!! So much knowledge! She was able to answer every question I had regarding my mom’s house, and sent me in the right direction to find the additional answers that I needed. And it wasn’t even through her company!!
I took notes and learned so much from her, allowing me to further research the underlying concerns that I had. She saved me so much time!! And gave me peace of mind!!

When we discovered we had mold in our basement, I talked to Safehouse Solutions and a very large competitor. Safehouse beat the large competitor in every way. They identified more mold than the competitor. In remediating the mold in our basement they did a great job and they did not stop until their air tests were great. Nancy was fabulous in leading us through this project. She is wonderful and has a great team. I cannot say enough good about Safehouse Solutions.

My mom contacted SafeHouse for an ongoing mold problem in her home. The operations manager, Nancy, was extremely knowledgeable on the process and possible solutions. There were two gentlemen that came to the house and made the necessary repairs to correct the mold problem. Everyone from Nancy down were absolutely wonderful. My mom was unable to live in her home with the mold issue, but thanks to SafeHouse and the team my mom is now back into her home. My mom would recommend them to anyone!

Nancy and SafeHouse team were amazing from start to finish. I was selling my home and mold was found in the basement. SafeHouse tested it and debunked some of the items the home inspector claimed to be mold. I had went to SafeHouse for a second opinion based on a estimate from the buyers choice of mold remediation (who did not and would not test) and I'm glad I did. The SafeHouse team is great, they were friendly, professional and kind. It's a stressful event to find something in your home and Nancy and team explained everything thoroughly and in detail, I cannot say enough good things about them!

Nancy and her team are more than professional, kind, experienced and helpful. Not only did I have water issues, I also had asbestos. Nancy was more than a Godsend in helping me navigate through all of the insurance issues and guided me with superior knowledge and patience. She is the real deal. I'm hoping I never have any more issues, but if I do, I will only be calling her and using Safehouse.

I highly recommend Nancy! I have worked with her by phone consults long distance, and she is great! Nancy has helped me to navigate in asking the right questions to my mold remediation company and assure me it is being done correctly!!

Nancy is very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. We have had a very long claim process that came to a halt when asbestos was found. She did her very best to expedite things and was even willing to talk to our insurance company when needed. Great company.

Horrible. Delayed my move in because they started at my house and then had their guys running around to other jobs. Communication was terrible, did not do what they said they were going to do.

Safehouse Solutions did extensive work on my entire home from which they had to remove drywall from the ceilings and walls. They did a poor job of covering my belongings (see pictures). Things had to be moved multiple times but should have been recovered. They did not cover floors properly either (see pictures). The workers worked only a few hours a day (even though I left the house vacant for them). Neither Nancy or Michael were aware of the lack of progress until I informed them. This was near the deadline for my project. I was never given a estimate from the painter. Nancy only told me how much he was charging but never gave me a written estimate. The texture to my ceilings was not the correct one I requested. When they removed shelves and pictures from walls they did not keep the screws with the items for rehanging. Two of the bedroom ceilings are horribly redone (picture). Nancy told me "that's the best they could do with the texture" and then told me if I wanted it fixed properly I would need a drop ceiling and that would be an additional cost to me. I had a contractor out to evaluate and he stated it could be fixed. Nancy than denied saying she ever said that to me. I had many questions and concerns which she was supposed to address with me but would not. Nancy often contradicts herself. Both Michael and Nancy talk over you when you attempt to express your concerns. Her painters painted over dust on walls and doors. The paint in one of the rooms has oil streaks in it from not being stirred prior to painting. Also a month later the paint in one room is beginning to chip. The team was supposed to place all furniture back to the original spot/room but they failed to do that in my living and dining rooms. They left several sheets of drywall in my home for days and drywall mud/sand and paint in my garage for 3 weeks. She sent me a bill even though these items were still in my garage. How could my bill have been accurate when all the product was at my house. I never got an apology for the inconvenience for storing her items. Nancy does not accept accountability for the mistakes that her team has made. She just keeps sending you a reminder to pay the bill. I also got headaches, frustration and felt most of my concerns were ignored by Safehouse solutions.

Mike and Nancy are so knowledgeable! I can't believe how much I learned during the inspection and from talking to Nancy on the phone. I learned how mold has to be removed not just sprayed like some other companies do. I feel confident that their treatment will be thorough and permanent and not just using some magic spray that does nothing. I will recommend them and ONLY them to others. They go so far above and beyond what any other company will do so I feel like I'm in the best hands and I'm safe from any mold problems from now on. Thank you sooo much!!!

I HIGHLY recommend this company! I had questions about mold and I called other companies and they were not helpful and just wanted my money. Then I call safe house solutions and she was so nice and spent a while on the phone with me answering all my questions and she was very educational! She walked me step by step on what to do with my situation. I seriously will be keeping her number and recommending this company to everyone. This business deserves more then 5 stars and they definitely are very educated! Thank you!
