Do not buy a furnace from Sentrotch. We bought a furnace that came from their factory with leaks. They refused to send anyone on-site to fix it. Once we fixed the leaks ourselves we found out the furnace couldn't even meet the vacuum required in our quote and PO.

The furnace we received works beautifully; we use it on a daily basis. The programming is user friendly and the furnace functions as stated. Sentro Tech support is always there if needed.
