On 2/25/25 went in for my normal stop lady demanded that I take a new sheetz card that she signed up before I got there not willing to take mine to get credit for a new sign up very rude uniform un- kept I requested a receipt to do a review she ignored me till I ask again for the receipt she grunted stomped back to the register for the receipt

In the state of Ohio, a US passport is a valid and acceptable form of identification to validate date of birth for purchasing any products that require you to be 21 years of age or older in the United States. When you travel abroad a US passport is what you use to purchase restricted items in other countries as well. This location will not accept a US passport to verify age and will only accept a state ID or Driver's license. May as well purchas3 from a local store nearby that actually knows the laws and is willing to accept other valid forms of identification aside from state IDs. Makes me wonder what they would do if a foreigner decides to visit and tries to use their visa to purchase age restricted items.

I come here for food occasionally on the weekends. I love Sheetz as a rule, but this location is scummy and disgusting. The seating area is always messy and ends up being a hangout spot for local transients, druggies, and homeless people. The trash bins are constantly full to the point of spilling out to the floor. The bathrooms are equally disgusting. The owners of this location should be ashamed. Do better, Sheetz!

Lady on register at 4:40 on 10/20 is rude and said I wasted her time because I asked about a price as she said she could check the price for me..will not go to this Sheetz anymore with rude staff like that. Do better

Large convenience store with gas pumps and Tesla superchargers. The bathrooms are very dirty.

I work second shift 2:30 pm to 11:00 pm. If I am hungry I'll doordash my order from this establishment due to the lack of other food choices in the area . However if I am ordering food I should get everything I ordered or be notified that certain things were not available and should not be charged for them. This has happened to me now on 2 seperate occasions. I don't want to be that person but please do better on communication with your customer

Cooler was totally under stocked,more empty shelves than product. Bathroom was dirty and the floors in the store look like a mop hadn't touched them in months...very disappointing.

Where is board of health when you need them
If I could give this place no stars I would
Just left sheez about 10 mins ago
The lines were extremely long to cash out
Also behind the counter food prep was a disaster
Food everywhere
Garbage pals overflowing garbage on the floor all over
The floor by the fryer was two inches thick
I was watching to see what they were going to do so I tell my husband they should get a mop w purple power to clean the floor the kid comes out w a mop w cold water no less and mops right over the garbage
Come on folks at least sweep up first
The floors would never get cleaned with a just a mop
they should of got the floor machine to run clean up the grease off the floors
Very unorganized and dirty
The rest of the store was a mess as well no lids
Bathrooms disgusting
Garbage over flowing out side by pumps and front doors as too
Took 48 mins to get two orders of mozzarella sticks cause kids that work it are not organized and don’t have the proper training or staff to help keep the lines and orders going

Cooler is always out of stock on popular brands. The kitchen is usually pretty fast depending on the time of day.

It's hard to find a gas station with a dirtier men's washroom...and of course no toilet paper in any stall. The place was filthy. What a disgrace.
