Half the time I go there from 4 to 4:30 am the lights are on but door's locked and nobody home. If the store is closed please post a sign.

Update 1-6-25 you respond with a website I visited and it simply dont work so I dont think Shell cares about the experience as they claim. I will direct my 68 vans and employees to fill up someplace else. Christmas day 12/25/24. Please have a manager reach out with contact information so we can discuss Katie if that is the person working the counter this day at 730PM. She claimed she could not give me a credit for a spite I purchased at $3.01 when it was advertised as $1.59 all month. She kept saying it was for the polar pop not Sprite. I went back grabbed the sign hanging in front of the bottle of sprite handed it to her. She took it to the back office. I asked for it back and she refused saying her manager told her to take it down. I demanded a credit and she said she is not a manager so she can't. No way should anyone be working a register that can't handle a simple credit. She was not being truthful. She then proceeded to tell me sarcastically MERRY CHRISTMAS. She overcharged me and offered no help. Then offered to take the next person in line dismissing me. Ridiculous I look forward to discussing this with someone who understands customer service.

I would give zero stars! True North Shell are the worst Shell stations I have used around the country. The credit card readers are sub par as it has you put the rewards card in multiple times and then the Shell Credit card times out and starts over. Ridiculous as I have not had this issue in PA, MI or MN. True North get you act together as I left and went to the new Sheetz tonight and filled my tank for over $50. You may not care, but maybe you need to lose enough customers then you may notice. Good riddance True North

There's a $25 tap limit apparently. I was trying to preauthorize a gas fill up and they wouldn't do it. Bad gas station because you can't actually get gas if you need to tap to pay.

i don’t know what this man’s name was but i came in this morning to buy a charger and my allergies were so bad so i was swollen and i was also crying because i needed a pony tail for work and didn’t have one so this man really went to his car and got a pony tail for me. this was one of the nicest things i’ve ever experienced he was wearing a green shirt and was working early this morning (saturday) best customer service i’ve ever experienced he needs a raise so nice.

Bought rotten expired milk twice now from this location of 71 N. No attention to FIRST IN FIRST OUT OR DATES OF EXPERATON. Manager says they wont refund without reciept. Thats about $8 dollars wasted but what do they care? Who keeps reciepts from in-store gas station purchases?? Will not be shopping inside anymore.
