So I came in to Shoe Depot and I really had no expectations. I didn’t know what I wanted. I asked for help from any worker, and I was disappointed that who came over was a kid who looked like he was anywhere from 11-16. What I didn’t know is that the guy, his name was Dominic, was very knowledgeable in the shoe department. I gave him my interests, and he picked out the best shoe possible. It was very affordable and I have worn them a few times and it’s the best shoe in the world. Thanks Dominic! Will return soon!

The reason of why I changed my review like this is because this store did not have the brand I was looking for to purchase for my wife. They sent me to another store where they said might have what I was in search of- I went to that store and left embarrassed because when I asked them about what I was in search of- I put 2 and 2 together and apologized to them because I felt I wasted their time. They told me that it was perfectly ok- that I wasn't wasting their time at all but would recommend looking at other stores in the mall. So folks, I would think twice before giving this store business because I shouldn't have had to suffer embarrassment for having gone to another store to look for what I was in search of.

Would have rated a zero as the pair of 50 dollar tennis shoes I bought for my daughter crumbled. She literally wore them once and the bottom of the shoes crumbled. I told my daughter we should take them back and my daughter replied shoe dept doesn't take returns on what they sell. Guess I'm out money on shoes my daughter wore once!

Today I want her to get pair of shoes they have them in a size 14 4e ,they were 50% off so like getting a pair of shoes for like 29 $, It's a nice place I'll highly recommend going here and that's nice I think of big people They also have a size 15 and a 16 out there that helps anybody with bigger feet than MI know what a wonderful beautiful place to shop

Looked all over for Nikes they had promo signs for them just for them to tell us they don't carry Nike shoes. Store is big lots of other options

We had to rush to this location to purchase 50 pairs of kids shoes for a non-profit after the previous location ran out of the sizes we needed. They stayed 15 minutes late for us without question. Absolutely amazing service!!!!!!!!

Used to be my favorite shoe store until today. Wanted to exchange a pair of Skechers I bought there. They were unworn but I couldn't find the receipt. I could give the exact day the shoes were purchased and the card used. They refused to help. Took the shoes I purchased at Shoe Dept to Skechers and explained the situation. Skechers exchanged them no problem. No receipt an knowing it wasn't even their sale! 5 Stars Skechers! Bye Bye Shoe Dept!
