We recently purchased a bed from Sleep Number and love it! I don't know why we waited so long. The staff at the Strongsville store is wonderful, Especially Kelli! The level of professionalism and friendliness that she provided was outstanding! I highly recommend this store to anyone interested in purchasing a bed.

My wife and I were shopping for a new mattress at stores in Strongsville Ohio. Sleep Number was not a store on our list but they were a store we drove by and decided to stop. Kelli spent all the time we wanted trying different mattresses and explaining all the nuances of each one, only to have us leave without a sale. We continued our shopping and after hours of trying all the different offerings at all the different stores, we determined that the Sleep Number best suited our needs given we had different preferences. We now can sleep on a mattress that suits both our comforts instead of having to settling on something we can both tolerate.

John was so kind and knowledgeable. This was our first experience at the Sleep number store in Strongsville and it was a 10/10. John made it a seamless process not overwhelming us with sales pitches but just facts. He got us through from start to finish. We already have our sleep number bed and everyone involved in the process from John to the delivery team was fantastic ! Highly recommend!!

Kelli was professional and showed us all the options at a pace we could digest. She was very patient as we went back on forth with which mattress and which pillow we preferred. We were also able to take advantage of the excellent financing option available through Synchrony. We are very excited for our new bed to arrive.
