One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever witnessed.
The way Spectrum treated my mother-in-law was absolutely unacceptable. Instead of being helpful or respectful, the representative made comments about her age, told her her equipment was “old,” and offered no real solutions or options. When asked for a name, they refused and would only provide initials—which is incredibly unprofessional.
Escalating to a manager didn’t help at all. No accountability, no empathy, and no attempt to resolve the issue. This is not how you treat customers, especially seniors who are simply asking for assistance.
We are very much looking forward to canceling our service. YouTube TV, here we come.
Spectrum seriously needs to reevaluate how they train their customer service teams.

Received great help in two different visits to the store, first time switching cell phone carriers, ha! More information wouldve been helpful in the process but it all worked out, and I'm very happy.

Customer service these days ranges from bad to awful. Having adequate customer service that meets the bare minimum expectation is worth celebrating.
Then there's Kyle at this Spectrum store. I came in just to swap out an old modem. Expected to go in and out. Kyle engaged me quickly, kindly, and showed genuine interest in me and my experience. He asked thoughtful questions and helped me solve a few tech issues I've been having that weren't even directly related to the modem. The conversation was enjoyable as he was down to earth, yet extremely knowledgeable about technology. His enthusiasm became my enthusiasm. The world would be a much better place if everyone did their jobs like Kyle. Give this man a raise/promotion!

Man oh man! Kyle and Zach went above and beyond! I came in confused and upset due to a billing error and thanks to Kyle and Zach troubleshooting and excellent customer service we figured out the issue. I was prepared to leave spectrum but thanks to them, I’m be a long time client of spectrum. I’m happy they were there to assist me and turn my evening around! Keep it up !

Absolute SCAM. I switched to Spectrum because they told me I would pay 30$ a month for a new a phone that I would be able to trade in at any point “whenever I wanted to” I also pay an extra 10$ a month for “insurance” that would also cover my phone if broken. Come to find out when I went to trade in my phone that was having camera issues I WAS NOT ALLOWED TO DO SO. I was DENIED a trade in and was told I would need to pay 500$ + to pay off my current phone because it wasn’t in “perfect condition” I was then also told that my insurance WOULD NOT cover my issues and the insurance only covers “stolen or cracked screens. I was told I would need to pay 180$ for them to fix my phone. ABSOLUTE NONSENSE. This is THE EXACT OPPOSITE of what was represented to me. Me and all of my siblings were told the exact same lies that we could trade in our phones literally ant “annytime” and we all were convinced to pay for insurance to cover it and that’s the only reason we all switched to spectrum in the first place. We also use their internet service but let me tell you that will change. I will be paying off the rest of this phone as will my siblings and we will be switching services immediately. False truths and happy smiles to get you in the door but as soon as a real problem shows up they go back on every promise and screw you over! Never trusting spectrum again and have been using them for years. So dissapointed.

Shout out to “Vinnie” yesterday, Monday, May 19, 2025! She was a great help with my trade-in , upgrade and transition to new iPhone 16 Pro!
And my switch to Spectrum cellular line. Buh bye Verizon….a day late and a dollar short! Your choice to not support your longtime customers on site while in stores will cost you! And the “Excursion….??? ….warranty/insurance??? to gain access for a discount (?) the most illogical thing ever!!
The e-mail message you finally sent was hours late! “People” still need true customer service and support not B/S!
