Came here a couple days before Christmas Day 2023. I usually go to the Broadview Heights location, and this was my first time at Strongsville. The location was clean and Shannon the hair stylist was welcoming, professional, friendly and knew exactly what kind of hair cut I wanted (my name and info are in the Sport Clips system). Overall it was a pleasant, relaxing and welcoming experience. I will come back.

I had the most amazing experience visiting Sport Clips. I not only got a haircut, but the scalp message, neck message, facial hot towel wrap and the shoulder message were out of this world! It is a great way place to go to decompress after a hard day at work.Service: Haircut

My husband got the worst haircut and I called numerous times. After getting a hold of the manager, she said someone will contact me but no one did. I would avoid going here if I were you.. his haircut was so bad that he couldn’t get a round shape that he had in his head for about 3 months.. horrible

I would give 0 stars but it’s not possible. We went to get a haircut for our 18 month old son. Like most baby’s this old they are not going to want to cooperate. Mid way through the cut the stylist says I can’t do anymore this is the most I can do with him like this (cutting a bit from the top and buzzing the bottom half looking like a mess). Again it’s a 18month old. Lucky there was another stylist there who could somewhat finish the job that the other didn’t want to. Still missed around the ears and back of the head. Which is reasonable compared to the first.WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN OR RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!Service: Kids' cuts

I started going to sports clips years ago and went to see the same stylist. Since then, she's moved, and for about a year or two now the prices increased for a fade. (Now I understand fades are time-consuming and detail oriented. So on busy days I'll give them that.) But I usually go during the week an hour after they open when it's very slow. And I've never once found a stylist that's constantly their or even good at their job. Whenever I ask for a mid fade that I'm charged $5 extra for. And almost every single time every stylists I'm given an extremely high fade. The sad part is it's in their system, and before every hair cut, I am told "medium fade shavers on the sides" from the stylists that they seem to understand the task at hand. Even then, I explain to them again what I'm looking for, and yet again, I leave disappointed. I would say that maybe it's the stylists, but maybe it's management, and these people really hate their job and are always being tossed to new locations. Every time, even when im disappointed, I tip about $10 to $12 for a total shy of $50.I'm definitely going elsewhere next time. For that kind of money.First photo :Uneven cut on top.Second photo: Super high fade

They have a few hardworking, healthy female stylists. But if you do not get them you'll get a smelly, Parasite infected abomination of what you'd consider to be a hair stylist. It appears they are looking to diversify their stylist base to people who look and smell like they have lived in Lakewood their entire lives. People move to far out suburbs to escape this mental condition and lead happy lives. They'd prefer their haircuts to be by well kept individuals who don't smell like feces and B.O.Men also go here to get haircuts done by women, which they feel is safer and better suited. If we wanted a man to cut our hair we'd go to a barbershop. And a barbershop that doesn't smell gross.Sports clips used to be better. For the price paid, I'd advise anyone going here to specifically vet and request a well-kept intelligent stylist. If she isn't available, you'd be better off putting a bowl on your head and cutting ✂️ your hair yourself. Go to a barbershop that's cheaper.Service: Hairstyling

Love love love ❤️ What Amanda did with my boyfriends hair. We have been to many businesses, including barbershops, and I always HATE it!! He has a extreme receding hairline, and she did such an amazing job on cutting it to where you can style and hide. Definitely a hair cut I have asked for in years. She so sweet. I would recommend her if you are looking into this place, hands down, da bomb. Thanks Amanda, he’ll be back ?
