I needed a new sim card for my phone. Had already spoken with a rep on the phone, so all I needed to do was go to the store. It wasn't busy, but service was very quick and staff very helpful.

The manager and associates helped us quickly and gave us an amazing plan! Compared to Verizon, we are saving hundreds on a family plan! Great service, 5G, and unlimited everything! If you're considering switching, just go!

Very slow experience. Workers were not focused on serving customers, they were prolonging the process by discussing off topic conversations. Has really gone down hill.

We were in store for porting from a different carrier. While other carriers were just doing the job, we loved our interaction with the T-Mobile team. We felt welcomed and cared. Ask for Alexis she is the best. She was super patient, answered all our questions and incredibly helpful. She even stayed back after her shift to make sure our account is set up right. All this with a huge smile on her face, never complaining. Now that’s what I call an up top custom service. Went for a mobile plan came back with an internet bundle, just because of the amazing customer service. Thank you again Alexis.

Last week Friday I showed up at the Strongsville , Pearl Road location of this corporate T-Mobile office.I left the office completely well satisfied as Joshua L took great care of my challenge without a frown on his face and took great accountability in handling the situation and being on top of it as it got busy with other customers.Signal reception issues in the mall made me purchase a Verizon account after being with T-Mobile for nearly 15 years.I had to make a come back and purchase a brand new account with family plan with one of my family members to the issues where Verizon signal doesn’t work at all.The store staff at T - mobile was glad to have me and activate my e-Sim and other things in the pipeline without charging any extra fee and showing a true customer oriented experience!!Thank you T-mobile it’s feel once again great to be back !!

Julio was great to work with. Came in 15 min before closing and Julio assisted us with our screen protector replacement without any complaints. He was very personable and efficient in his job.
