I just got out of the store,rudest employees ever seen in a staples store! Usually I go to the location in Middleburgh Heighs,due to lack of time had to go there. Manager seriously need to work with their employees about customer service! They didnt greet, had a problem with the self service printer. I got close to the caucasian male wears glasses working at the time, and he gave me the dirtiest look ever. I had to ask if there was someone else to help, the girl with glasses working at at time was willing to help. As soon as I said I needed to print a document, the caucasian male working at the time said if you need to print something you will have to wait. He was printing endless documents, I even said 1 page. He kept printing. Had to check out due to lack of time. I would recommend go somewhere else!!!! Plus dirty and messy location.

On Monday 7/22/24 I tried to do an Amazon return. I arrived 10 minutes after the store was supposed to open and was turned away because an employee was running late and I guess the other employee needed them there. They told me they didn't know when they would open, it might be 15min or 2hr. I ended up coming back after lunch. The lady doing the Amazon returns seemed to be struggling and was not friendly. Amazon never received the return. I was never offered a receipt and when I came back they said I was out of luck. Terrible experience.

"COOKIE" Provided outstanding customer service at the checkout. And assisted me in taking my purchase to the car for me. She gets an A+++.

Amazing Customer Service from the Young man working printing/copy area. I needed several papers laminated and he got the job done within minutes. I am pleased with how well they turned out (the thickness & sturdiness) and the speed at which the job was done. The price is reasonable. The staff member was multi tasking and helping other customers as well. A++

Hello. I'm am part of a community garden on the west side of Cleveland. We needed new banners for our fence. A young man, dark hair and glasses designed our new banners. I had a couple unhelpful experiences at this Staples & recently had to go back for a work print job. They totally redeemed this location for me. The customer service was out of this world! The staff they have right now are all super helpful, easy to work with, full of patience and sincerely want to help the customer get exactly what they need. A big thanks to the assistant manager as well. She took her time with me even though she was doing the jobs of 4 different staff, as they were short staffed that day. Thank you for being so delightful!
