I had a couple unhelpful experiences at this Staples & recently had to go back for a work print job. They totally redeemed this location for me. The customer service was out of this world! The staff they have right now are all super helpful, easy to work with, full of patience and sincerely want to help the customer get exactly what they need. A big thanks to the assistant manager as well. She took her time with me even though she was doing the jobs of 4 different staff, as they were short staffed that day. Thank you for being so delightful!

I have now done 2 Amazon returns at this location and both times it has been the same girl behind the counter and both times she has been unpleasant.

Worst shopping experience I’ve ever had. I have never felt so uncomfortable in my life… I came in there so I could get some glossy print paper so I could make my daughter these custom chip bags for her birthday party the next day, my daughter is 2 years old, she grabbed a couple things like why 2 year old exploring would, and I put them directly back, after not being able to find what I am looking for I finally decided to ask someone for help since none was offered to me, this man says he was the store manager brought me to the paper isle, meanwhile I have my 2 year old in a shopping cart at this point she is sitting in there fine, not screaming or crying, he follows me to every isle I go to staring at me and my daughter, he walks up to me and says I need to get what I have in my cart, or leave. I was confused because is there a time limit on shopping? He said maybe I could go to office max or something, that they don’t have anything I would need there, which they had everything I needed, i didn’t really see them get any sales the whole time I was there and I can see why.. he told me because of my parenting that’s why my two year touched a couple things .. not sure parenting has anything to do with a child exploring, if nothing is getting damaged, and I’m picking up after my child and she is in the cart at this point why would I have to leave? He said it is private property, which I understand but what did I do so wrong that I can’t shop here? I wasn’t even greeted when I walked through the door now I’m being asked to leave because I’m not being fast enough for you? I’m not sure where it says I have a limited time to shop, and that toddlers aren’t allowed inside the store .. Not sure if it is the neighborhood or what.. I had the money for everything in my cart, her birthday was the next day so I wanted to make sure I had everything before I left… I wasn’t even In there long. I don’t know why he had to make me so uncomfortable. I just wanted to get things for my daughter I thought working somewhere you would want sales and want people to spend their money.. not ask them to leave because they are taking to long, or have a toddler with them.. when I asked for his name he refused to give it to me and only wanted to give me corporates number.. he kept asking me if I was going to get what was in my cart, or leave, that I couldn’t continue to shop.. i still needed a hot glue gun and some more things, I was trying to watch videos on my phone as well to learn what all I needed .. I told him as well I was waiting for my friend to come to help me get the rest of the things I needed and he asked how long will she be? Is that your business? Don’t I have until the store is closed to shop there? We are the customer? I don’t understand what I did wrong .. I never shopped anywhere and got treated that way..

This store location is just off Pearl Rd. in a strip center plaza with J Bella Italian restaurant. The store is dated, but Carrie's most items. The shining star here is the printing services they offer. The staff there is always friendly & helpful. Jacob was great and his colleagues that did a print job for me were helpful (shoutout Kim & Emerson) Other employees we're constantly cleaning and organizing. They offer all office supplies, computer repair, and printing services. Note if you want labels printed they can only do it on the Avery labels they sell. Just design it online and they'll print on the labels for you. Be sure to check the sizes on labels since they seem to have a standard one. You can make copies, print in color, etc. Free parking and they have a restroom.

This is the best Staples I have ever been to after visiting locations in multiple states. Exceptional and very kind customer service. This store should be the gold standard no doubt about it. Thanks so much!

11:30am 6 December. I did not go to the store to buy a Kindle Fire tablet, but I saw it on sale and decided I would buy it. However, no one offered to help me and I could not find anyone who was free to help me.

This review doesn't reflect the store,but the online ordering system. I ordered masks for my son on August 19th. The pick up date on the email I received says August 25th and here we are August 31st and my order isn't ready for pick up yet. This is absolutely ridiculous. If you're not sure of a pick up date then don't give one to a customer in an email. I also ordered these because it stated the items purchased were in stock!!! Now when I receive a new email from Staples I receive a new pick up date so far I'm on the 3rd promised pick up date. Never again will I do an online order and everyone else should be aware.

Hmmm. This location has 4-1/2 stars, but ... maybe it's the labor shortage?? I wanted to buy an office chair. Most of the chairs didn't have prices on them for comparison purposes. I received an email from Staples with a bunch of chairs on sale. They did have boxes with sales prices in front of the chairs, but I couldn't figure out which chairs corresponded with the boxes so I could try them out. Disappointed.
