Ordered drive up pick up at 4:15pm which states to take two hours or less to fulfill. Four hours later I called to ask when it'll be ready and to speak to a manager when I didn't get an answer. Associate puts me on 'hold' and I can hear him ask another associate if he should disguise his voice and pretend to be a manager! My order wasn't ready until 9:45; 15 minutes before closing time not leaving me any time to pick it up. Two items were missing from my order. I received one lone orange instead of a bag of oranges that I ordered. Needless to say, I won't be using this feature for awhile.

I can't believe how unhelpful the employees are at the Strongsville Target. Today, I was there from 10:30 am until 11:15. All kinds of huge carts blocking aisles, and employees standing around chatting. Then, when I go to checkout, ONE REGISTER is open. Management waited until it was 6 customers deep to open one more register. Long lines at self checkout as well.

This target really disappointed me in how it handles it's business. They put out an item before its release date and I had it off the shelf. When I went to check out, they scanned it and it said it wasn't available yet. The manager came and didn't even give us the option of presale when we asked because that was their mistake and we should have been allowed to purchase. Basically took it out of our hands without a second thought or care. Totally unprofessional and disgusting way to handle business. Never usually take the time to write reviews, but I felt like they really deserved this one.

Target is one of my favorites. This one is located pretty close to the mall so I feel that it is more crowded due to the high traffic. I stopped in to get some Christmas shopping done. Due to the mask mandate, I am not a fan of customers drinking their Starbucks while shopping. My mom felt uncomfortable when she was looking at something and someone not wearing a mask was hovering behind her and not giving her space. We were able to find everything on our shopping list. Staff were cleaning carts in between customers.

This location is usually properly stocked.The customer service is lacking, from the person so rudely saying do you have a mask maam to the cashier and everyone in between. All in all I love Tatget

This Target is a convenient store in a good area. We were able to go in get what we needed and check out. The employees wore mask. When I went to take the grocery cart back a young man told me, I'll take that. There was a zone were they cleaned the shopping cart before it's placed back with the other clean and ready carts.

Customer service at this store is terrible! I think they need to train their employees and MANAGERS how to give proper customer service. Terrible experience at this location as usual! I cringe if I have to use this particular location when I am in town. Thanks for the terrible service as usual! This store never seems to disappoint me in that area.

I love Target, but I have purchased so many expired food items from this particular target. In the past 2 months, I've had to return three separate times to return food that is expired. One item was lunch meat that was purchased 12 days past the expiration date. Customer service desk doesn't seem too concerned when I've brought it to their attention. I've since reported it to corporate.

We were looking for lunches for this week. They were nearly out of sandwiches, but we did find some other stuff to get us by. The store was otherwise well-stocked and organized. The employees walking the floor weren't that friendly, but the cashier made up for it. He was really friendly and efficient. Overall, a nice Target!!

They are busy stocking at really inconvenient times. Employees do not offer to move out of the way. I've had to leave my cart at the end of the aisle and reach over to grab something I needed. The employees don't even acknowledge the inconvenience. This has happened more than once. Last week I put as many of my groceries as I could on the conveyer belt and of course the person in front of me has problems with their card and cartwheel. This goes on for several minutes. The cashier does not even acknowledge the other guests in line and we have no idea how long it is going to take. The other lines are long and I am not sure if I'm going to pack up and go to a different line or wait it out. After 10 minutes..and the problem still isn't resolved and no acknowledgement from the cashier, I start putting my groceries back in the cart to move. The cashier sees this and still says nothing. I expected an "I'm sorry ma'am" or something. So there I go to stand in another long line. Customer service and stocking is never great here. The only reason I continue to shop here is because I get gift cards from Giant Eagle, which gives me fuel perks and 5% back on my credit card. Otherwise, I would not shop here.

For my 1 year old birthday her received the same gift twice which was a 3 in 1 little tikes basketball hoop, soccer and bowling toy. Parma location told me that they can look up my receipt I just need the register number and approximate time. My husband had no problem returning the item. Now I try to return a item with the same situation but at this target and I was told by a store associate they couldn't find the receipt even with all the information I gave them and that it didn't matter because they do not do returns. Bonnie Fisher who was the manager on shift was unapologetic once I called customer relations and they were able to email me the receipt that they some how couldn't find. She proceeded a conversation with "well mistakes happen". She watched as her store associate was rude and did not bat an eye to say that is not how you talk to or treat customers.

So, I love Target. Who doesn't? The only concern I have for this Target is the parking lot. No matter when you go, it's always insane. So many people walking around and never do they pay attention. This isn't Targets fault, but that's honestly my only dislike about it. The store employees are friendly and always around. The shelves are always stocked and look presentable and I really like the self checkout clerks. SUPER friendly
