Just had the worst experience at this tj maxx. While in line, I witnessed the cashier being extremely rude to a gentleman. When I was checking out, the girl was great ( another worker). I let her know I had a return from the Stow, Tj Maxx. She turned and asked what I assumed was the manager. The manager said I had to go back to the original Tj maxx. I waited patiently for that worker to be done with the customer she was helping and asked her why Google and the store policy says differently. She did the return and rudely said “ I’ll let the stow tj maxx know they owe use 6 dollars.” I asked for her name but I could barely hear her with her snarky voice. I believe it was “ ginnie” or “ jenni”. She had short hair and glasses.

Absolutely terrible store!!!!!!!!!!!!!! These idiots had a line with a least 30 people waiting to check out. If you plan on being open on a Saturday, make sure you have cashiers. My time is more valuable than waiting in a long line to pay my hard earned money. So I left my stuff and walked right out. More money in my pocket.

I went in there today after looking in the Big Box store nearby. I found the perfect item and bought two because the price was right. Also to note: they do have bathrooms, and they are extremely clean for retail bathrooms.

I am an avid tjmaxx, home sense, HomeGoods shopper… I love the chain and usually keep quiet on these things, but today was the last straw. Every time I go Strongsville TJmaxx, it never fails - The manager ‘Jackie’ is seen behind counter making rude or insulting comments to either fellow employees or customers, giving them a hard time. She has such a chip on her shoulder and is just not pleasant, makes the environment uncomfortable for shoppers, I feel sorry for her coworkers!

Absolutely the worst! The manager Danni was coughing into her hand and NOT sanitizing. Beyond grossed out, my Kindergarten student's have better manners. Also waiting in line to check out for over 15 min when only 2 registers were open and the manager was fake sweeping the same spot for over 2 minutes.. come on now!

I had a fantastic experience at TJ Maxx in Strongsville! I called early in the morning to ask if they could hold a sweatshirt for me, and the team was incredibly helpful. They set it aside and left it at the front of the store for me to pick up later that evening.
When I arrived, the store was understandably busy given the holiday season, and the checkout line was really long. However, the staff managed to get everyone through in about 10 minutes. They were all so efficient, friendly, and pleasant, which made the whole experience stress-free.
It’s rare to have such a smooth and positive shopping trip during this hectic time of year. Thank you to the team at TJ Maxx Strongsville for going above and beyond!

Seems I love this store (Nov 2024) so another rave review. Whenever we visit Cleveland always run down to TJMaxx. Selection and prices still awesome. This time wife shopped for family and friends and arrrived at checkout with an overflowing cart. Jackie at checkout helped her whittle down to the best and even get out to her car. Filled out company survey but know Google is often looked at and C-Suite looks there too so another 5 star review. Jackie is a true treasure (let her know). GO visit and find treasures for all.

this is the most organized tj Maxx I have ever been in. I didn't find what I was looking for (interview blazer) but I did find a bday present, a fanny pack, 2 purses, a cat carrier, dog training treats, food mats for pets, and SNAAAAACKS!!! (for humans lol)
