Today was my first visit, and it will also be my last. There were still many dirty spots left on my car doors after the wash. I’ve been to other laser car washes that are cheaper and offer much better quality. I only tried this one because it was convenient while I was passing by, but it ended up being a waste of time and money.

Paid for the top wash, went into the bay, and it never rinsed the soap off the car and the air blowers never turned on. Had to pay for another wash to get the soap off. Unacceptable!

Recently visited the laser car wash. I’ve been going here for a few years now but recently it’s really gone down hill. The free vacuums are nice but this is the second time in a row that the car wash didn’t even clean the car. This time the entire left side of my car was still dirty after washing. Prices went up ($16 for this wash) and quality went down. Super disappointed.

Bird poop is still on my car 😒 Doesn’t wash the vehicle very well. Still bunch of dirt marks. Only reason I wanted a car wash.. wasted my $

Payment machine was a bit weird but it knocked off crud I honestly didn't think it would. Car say for bout two months clean as a whistle in few mins

Ever since you guys first opened I was so impressed with the level of (technology) sophistication you provided to this city through your Laserwash.
I hope that by continuing to support you moving forward that you will be able to afford the necessary upgrades to continue developing your car wash as competitive alternative to the “others” nearby.
I truly thank you for existing in Strongsville, and I hope that others will see that too, and show their own patronage to this amazing location.

This place got my truck clean in one pass, and because of some of the design curves kn my truck rhat tend to hold dirt, that almost never happens. I will be back!

Always out of surface protectant, pay for a wash for $18 at least put in effort. There are two guys in office I can see, maybe check?

Vacuums don't work. Deposited 4 quarters and machine didn't work. Dryers after wash are also weak. Always leave the back of my car wet and worh soap still on it. Taking my money elsewhere.

Not a fan. Took my new Bronco in because it is touchless, but a terrible dryer and hard water basically made the wash pointless. White spots everywhere. It didn't even do a good job spraying off road grime. Search continues for a decent touchless car wash.

I have used this carwash twice to date. Once this past winter, and once tonight, and both times where very disappointing.
Both times the system failed to clean the outside of the glass sufficiently, let alone the body.
I'd appreciate a refund for at least one of these poor outcomes. Feel free to reach out to me at your convenience.

The wash didn't even take the cat paw prints off the dust on my windshield. Then the vacuums took my money, didn't work, and there was no way to return my money. Very poor and frustrating experience.
