I had a bunch of Amazon returns to make. Zai and Gwen were so friendly and so helpful! It was near the end of the day and they still treated me kindly. I’ll go out of my way to come to this location!

Be VERY CAREFUL getting quotes for printing from this location. I needed 60 programs printed for my high school reunion. I called on 8/5 and spoke to a young lady who quoted me $128. Find out from the manager a week later (David) that the quote was off by $300! Now I am scrambling. Just say no to UPS.

Every time I'm at this UPS, it's exceptionally clean, organized, well-maintained, and friendly. No matter how busy they get, I never feel rushed or am bothering them.
Truth be told, usually, I'm here to make a return. UPS isn't like a restaurant or any service place where one feels excited to leave a raving review when there's a positive experience, but I bet it'd be easy to leave a negative one when something doesn't go perfectly.
I have to say, I've been to my share of stores that are dirty and frustrating. I never feel stressed going here, am always greeted by a smiling face, and-- when time allows-- pleasantries on how things are going. However minor it may seem, it's refreshing to feel that positivity and to remember that that's what a community feels like. To me, that's about as wonderful of a UPS experience as I could want.
Thank you to the workers of this store-- you're doing marvelously and it's appreciated!

The customer care team at the Pearl Road Strongsville Ohio store was so accommodating! I was struggling to bring in two big boxes that were on top of my Walker. I was in the doorway and couldn't seem to clear the boxes. The customer service rep actually ran out and lifted both of my boxes and took them to the counter! You don't get that everywhere! I was ever so grateful for the help. You have a great team working for you.

great fast service by knowledgeable employee. Location is a little difficult to exit onto Pearl Road going north. Service makes it worth the inconvenience.

The staff is always polite and the service is very quick. The staff is very knowledgeable about the different products and return policies for different companies (AT&T, Amazon, Spectrum, etc). Some customers tend to be chatty and take longe Ethan necessary, but the staff politely answer their questions, wish them a good day, and quickly greet the next customer.

I came in to the Strongsville UPS Store to drop off Amazon returns. Not only did I receive fast, courteous and convenient service, the attendant opened the door and carried my packages to the counter. He definitely went above and beyond to provide great service. I just wish I paid attention to his name to send proper accolades for a job well done.
