It's not so much the location as much as USPS just can't do a good job. Packages rarely arrive on time. With DHL I can get a box from Poland to my door next day for like 10 bucks when I buy the basic shipping. USPS can't get a box from Cleveland Ohio to Strongsville Ohio in a week.
