Pathetic customer service. You’re better off shopping online if you want quality service. Their staff doesn’t care about providing a positive experience. Don’t shop here. They also don’t bother checking for security tags, so you have to do their job for them and check before you leave the store. Pathetic and disappointing. Will never set foot in this store again.

Had a very pleasant experience at the store.A Sales associate named Galina, was very helpful and knowledgeable. She definitely loves what she does. Overall, I would recommend anyone that loves VS to shop at this store.

Awesome worker!!! I came in last Wednesday to find a new bra and one of the workers (I think her name was Galina, blonde hair) was so sweet and helpful! She helped me figure out what style I liked, measured me so I had the perfect size, and was just the nicest sales worker I’ve encountered. I ended up buying 6 bras and a new perfume!

The workers weren’t super friendly, but what really disgusted me was their use of slurs. It made me very uncomfortable.

This location is a mess and I’ve never encountered such rude workers. They do not follow company policy regarding returns. The workers were having an inappropriate discussion on the sales floor regarding a customer who was shopping beside me. The back registers have all been closed since covid. Now there is one iPad that is used to ring out every customer, resulting in long lines that snake throughout the entire store. Taking my business elsewhere.

This is a very nice Victoria Secret location, it is kept clean and well stocked. During my last visit I was helped by Amirrah who was very friendly and went above and beyond! ⭐️

The employees at this store are not as friendly as other locations and openly go against the company policy. I came in to return something with the small paper tag not attached to the item. I was told I could not return this since the tag was not attached. This surprised me since I was told before that as long as I have the tag it’s acceptable and I have done returns before with the tag not being attached since they simply just reattach it. She wouldn’t even let me get a store credit but allowed me to do an exchange “just this one time.” I didn’t want anything in the store but since that was my only option I picked something out. My boyfriend and I witnessed the associate put the tag back on the item and take the item back on the floor to resell. We both looked at eachother very confused as to why I can’t return something that they are immediately reselling. The answer we got was that the item was going back on the floor for “inventory” but will be removed again. That made no sense. I asked what if someone goes to purchase the item and the associate said they wouldn’t be allowed to. How would they know which item was mine they all look the same? When we left we looked in the drawer with my size and it was sitting in there with all the others. I highly doubt they would be pulling it back off the floor. The following day I called both another location and the customer care line to ask about this so I know what to expect for the future. Not only did the other location tell me they easily would have done the exchange if I had the tag even if it’s not attached as long as the sewn on tag was still attached (which it very much was) but they told me the inventory excuse was a lie. They were baffled that they gave me such a hard time and I regret not going to my usual location but we were in Strongsville so I just did it here. The lady I spoke to was much nicer than the unnecessarily strict associate I dealt with at this location. I then called customer care and they confirmed AGAIN that a return can and should have been done as long as the sewn in tag is attached and I have the paper tag attached or not. They confirmed that the inventory excuse is against their policy and they should have never put the item back on the floor. They told me they reported this and compensated me for my troubles at this location. So, I was denied a return I should have gotten and was lied straight to my face. The fact that the customer care representative confirmed that they went against policy is insane to me. This store needs better training and better associates to represent the brand because my experience was complete bs.

Shawn created a great customer-associate experience at cashwrap and was extremely respectful and showed genuine interest in what my plans were for the holidays. That was ruined when the manager with the terrible eyebrows brought her negativity into the picture and was very clearly treating some associates different than others and created a negative customer experience with her entitlement.

What a hostile shopping experience! You have to give your name and what you’re looking for before they let you in. Then they herd you directly to the item you say you’re looking for. Why can’t we just look around and see what catches our eyes? It’s just poor sales tactics to not allow customers to browse. Shoppers tend to pick up more items if they’re allowed to look at more items. They’re scaring off business.

Visited the Victoria Secrets in Strongsville the other day looking for a gift for a friend. I told her what I was looking for ( a nice revealing robe) to the sales person and described my friend with height and some physical characteristics to try to solicit some help/advice. She stood there as still as a statue and offered nothing. I picked out what I thought was a good choice with no help from her. She took it off the rack and said " take it to that girl over there" and walked away. No customer service, no smile and no thank you from her. The girl at the register was friendly and smiled and thanked me. Doubt I would ever go back there again.

I came there yesterday and it was only 5:45pm. I chose what I wanted and went to fitting room to try everything on, the girl said I can take only 5 items and she's going to help me switch them. I said ok. When I started to try them I had to wait 10 minutes for her to give me every other set, and not even 5 pieces. I tried only half what I chose and when it was 6:50 she said she can't give me more because they closing fitting room at 7pm. I didn't ask for help in fitting room. I could try everything what I wanted in 20 minutes, and try 2 more times in same amount of clothes if I wasn't waiting on her. I spent more time waiting on her. I left my kids at home and went shopping myself what moms know is very hard, to be able to choose something but I couldn't because of unprofessional employees. Very disappointed!!!
