Got a call saying my prescription was ready. When I showed up at the drive thru I gave the tech my info.. He stated they had it ready.. Ten minutes went by as I watched them fumble around with the computer. Finally they came back on the speaker and told me they lost the prescription and I had to wait for them to refill it again.. Not sure how you lose a prescription in a secure pharmacy..

management and cashiers need more training. Seem to forget to know how to do their jobs.they may not recall every customer but I’ve been in enough to recognize them to know they knew last three times I was in what to do yet this time apparently couldn’t or didn’t know how . Felt more like it was inconvenient for them so easier just to play the I don’t know card.

Was told over the phone my perception was ready. When I arrived I was told it needed another 1.5 hours. When asked why I was told the opposite they responded with “I don’t know”… this has also happened to me twice in 3 months

The Manager, Kevin is a real treat. He has a major attitude and short fuse. None of the staff including him are knowledgeable of their system or friendly. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere.

Went to pick up 2 medications thru the drive thru window TWICE and my meds STILL were not ready. I complained to the staff and they shut the speaker off on me. I complained to the TEMPORARY PHARMACIST who waited on me on 10-21-22 and he told me he didn't like my attitude when I complained and said he was going to MAKE ME wait an hour for my medications that I needed that day. Also, when you call the pharmacy, you wait and wait, even though the message says that you are the next customer. I complained to the store manager who was kind and listened to my complaint patiently. She said they have a hard time keeping pharmacists employed. I can see why. I transferred all of my meds to Walgreens in another city. They were kind and very aware of the numerous compls at Strongsville Walgrreens pharmacy. DONT GO TO STRONGSVILLE WALGREENS PHARMACY.

This location’s pharmacy has gone down hill fast. You never know when they’ll be open. My daughter needed an antibiotic and we had the prescription sent there. We called the pharmacy to see when we could pick it up as it was really needed quickly. They were randomly closed on a day they were supposed to be open! We had to call her doctor and have it sent to CVS instead.

Online says one set of hours yet tonight their were closed almost 2 hours earlier than what was posted.

The pharmacy at this location is terrible. Very rude staff, make their own hours. Go across the street to CVS. They’re cheaper too.

What kind of pharmacy is closed all day on Saturday? Had my daughters prescription sent there because I had no clue it was closed. Now I'm back on hold with the nurses hotline trying to get it sent somewhere else because she needs it. I've been wanting to switch pharmacies for awhile and this just seals the deal. I use the drive through and half the time it is closed, forcing customers to go inside. When it is open, drive thru customers are usually the last taken care of. Sorry I have sick kids that I don't want to drag into the store filled with other sick people. But to have a pharmacy closed all day on a Saturday is just ridiculous.

I don't post a bad reviews but this place needs it. 2 Weeks ago I was by the drive through at 549 it was closed already. It suppose to be open till six. Monday I ordered prescription that suppose to be ready on Wednesday. When I got there at 530 she told me it is not ready. They working on it but they close at 6 so they will not have enough time to fill it. So I ended up with no medication for my son. He really needs it. I will be switching to another location. This one will not stay in business for too long.

I was hung up on twice, never received a call back. Still no prescriptions and they are closed started working on this around 11am. I'm glad my prescriptions were not life saving. Thanks for nothing but higher blood pressure!

We have been using this Walgreens for 12+ years. The last 6 months we have had horrible service here. Unhelpful and unfriendly staff, pharmacy issues… most recently a hold with the pharmacy 40 mins long then they hung up for us to start over. I asked to speak with a store manager, also never answered the call. I ended up driving to the pharmacy to resolve the rx issue. I then went to pick up today and the pharmacy is temporarily closed for the day. UNACCEPTABLE… I am day 2 without my meds. I wonder if they will pay for my er visit if I end up there???? This will be the last bit of business they get from us. Transferring all our rx out. Terrible customer service.
