Wow this is just unbelieavable. I go into the Strongsville store at about 1015pm..ALL self checkouts are closed. 2 cashiers with about 50 people needing to checkout. My question is why in the hell were the self checkouts all closed? Did the self checkouts need to go home? What a JOKE!!

Ordered a cake and cupcakes because they were willing to do the design my daughter picked out.Both were fine, but not a lot of customization available. I wish they would have told me that the pictures I picked should only be placed on white cakes because they just turned the color below which wasn't great.

They could use a lesson in customer service! It's hard to find someone who wants to help you. I have received comments like, "well, I really don't know." Or "this isn't my department." Or "well, the 'in stock' on the app isn't always up to date' so. I don't know what to tell you!"Why not teach them to say, "I don't know the answer but let me help you find someone who does!" And then help me resolve my issue, if possible!"Customer Satisfaction is Worthless, Customer Loyalty is Priceless!"

I would give them a 0 if I could. Employees are horrible. We had 4 employees hawking us at the self check out for no reason. Then had another employee ask us for our receipt at the door. Maybe you should go back to human beings at checkouts and stop accusing innocent people of stealing. They made us feel like thieves or crooks when all we wanted to do was get a few essentials for our family. Such a horrible, uncomfortable shopping experience.

Very unhappy! Ordered groceries and paid for Walmart plus service. First order delivered to my neighbor 2 doors down. Luckily they were honest and found it name on the order saw our name on the order and brought them to me. More today I put in an order and it's nowhere to be found. The store doesn't know where it is. Store won't answer the phone. Called 1800 number and they put me off all day. Saying it was coming. 930 at night no groceries! Great it is the day before Easter!Little do they tell you that it's 3rd party service that delivers your groceries. And they don't know what service company picked it upSo I tried to cancel the service I paid for a year last month. They said no refunds. What a bunch of crap. They dont care about anything except your money. But I can pay more to them to have an employee from the store deliver and not 3rd party. Ridiculous!

poor customer service; 2 times now i have tried to return items and the customer service person tell me they can't accept the return from online purchase. I even started the return process online with Walmart.com with instructions to take the product to the Walmart store to finish the return. I hate shopping at Walmart.

WalMess! This is my local WalMart. For the past 4 years, I can say they remain consistently disorganized and messy. Primarily in the personal care section of the store. Hair care, skin care, pharmacy area. Mostly that area. Just a disaster at times. The grocery section is good though. So if you're just doing some grocery shopping or maybe need some home goods, you should be in the clear. Would I go back? Of course. It's my local WalMart. Look... if you've been to more than one WalMart, you know what you're walking into. I travel the country a lot. I always find that when I'm in a WalMart, in any location, I would not easily identify what geographical location I am in. Try it sometime. They all seem to look the same. From layout to products to employees to customers. Happy shopping.

I love going here. This is for sure a one stop shop. The fact that you can get cheap groceries, household items, and clothes in one spot makes it the place to go. The front isles always have seasonal items for convenience so you don't have to search all over for them. Around Christmas the lines can get crazy, but I was lucky to find a line that was short. They were actually staffed perfectly to where almost every cashier line was open which is normally challenging with covid and lack of staff everywhere.

As expected during the Christmas season Walmart was extremely busy. But with that said. Every cashier station was in operation. Now I've been to many Walmarts band I've never seen them all running. This was awesome to be able to get in and out in a very fast amount of time. The staff was friendly and helpful.

One of the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. Was there yesterday around 9 pm, 4 employees including a manager chatting and having fun at the customer service registers, and only one of them is taking customers despite the line. The one that was “taking care” of the customers was calling the next person in line “what you need?”. Employees and the manager(which is surprising)were rude and unprofessional, talking to customers like to the trash, showing “I don’t care” attitude. Refused to fix their employee’s error.

I've called over 10 times and not one Answer. I've tried customer service/ electronics/ and especially pick up services . So unprofessional. SMH and to think the service would be better in strongsville.... NOT.

Strongsville walmart has turned into a ZOO it is the worst un organization store i have seen a simple pick up order took me and another customer 27 minutes i had called the store as i was back at the picknup counter 4 times and asked many employees to come back too they seem to be idiots no one to work the counter stupidness comes from management there.

Just left the Wal-Mart store in strongsville, Ohio. Waited an hour in line to checkout. There were only two registers open on a Saturday morning! Shameful

Horrible, absolutely horrible customer service. I placed an on-line order and tried to call both the customer service AND the pick-up number, and the phone kept ringing and ringing. I was trying for the last hour, each time getting transferred to another number, when then rang and rang until it disconnected. I then re-called and experienced the same thing, at least 4 more time. Horrible.
