Rude. I recently went to this store today (10/04). I was at checkout, the associate (Jasmine- 56353- Store no. 0079)asked for my email, I asked “if I had to give it” with an attitude she told me I didn’t have to but that I wouldn’t be able to refund the dress. I didn’t plan to so I said “That’s okay, I probably won’t” she then goes to have a conversation with a coworker. I honestly didn’t care she was talking to a coworker, my problem is that in her side conversation she’s smiling and has a happy tone, but the second she went to talk to me she dropped her smile, changed her tone to monotone and had a slight attitude. Although I love this store, I will not be returning now.

Rude staff person there just made me and my friends feel unwelcomed for trying on one of their tshirts over another tshirt. Never had a store tell me I can’t try something on over another garment when I clearly have intentions of buying. I won’t be coming back.

Went to look for prom dresses….C/O24 and of course it’s crowded which is fine. Daughter picked out what she wanted to try on, went to dressing room. GLITTER EVERYWHERE!!! I tried to tell the sales woman however she wasn’t to be found. Then there was a girl at the counter but she was very slow and line was really long. Idk why there was so much glitter in there. We left with glitter all over us. Clothes aren’t my taste for a young girl but they like it.

I came here for my Prom dress a few weeks ago. My mom and I went back n for a Special Occasion dress because we had such a great experience. Alex and Jennifer made feel so important and special about finding her the perfect dress for Prom I wanted to go back for another dress. Alex was again so helpful in all her advice and selections based on my taste. Alex and Jennifer got involved in having me try on a few new dresses for my next special occasion. Thanks to Alex and Jennifer once again for another awesome trip dress shopping. I would recommend them for any special occasion needs. You can't match this amazing service and the prices are so reasonable for a fashionable dress at a great price! Thanks again to Alex and Jennifer!

I took my daughter to shop for Prom dresses today. She had an early release from school and plays Softball so we had limited time to find a dress & all the accessories. From the minute we walked into the store Alex made my daughter feel so important and special about finding her the perfect dress for Prom. She was so helpful in all her advice and selections based on my daughter's taste and feedback. Alex made it point to have her associate Jennifer get involved also. They were putting out new dresses they just received and asked my daughter to try a few on. She said she didn't like them and I gave them back. Alex then asked again please try this one on we really want to see it on someone since it's new. Once she tried it on we all fell in love with it! That was the dress. Thanks to Alex and Jennifer for this awesome time dress shopping. They made this a great memory for me and my daughter. I would recommend them for any special occasion needs. You can't match this amazing service and the prices are so reasonable for a complete look head to toe. Thanks Alex and Jennifer!

TERRIBLE experience. My friend came here to buy her honeymoon and wedding dress and the workers were VERY rude. When I asked for help none was assisted and a worker even ROLLED her eyes at my friend when she complimented her shirt. They ALSO left the ink tag on my friends dress and now we don't know what to do. Terrible experience and they have almost no size 7+ dresses. I have come here before and the experience was decent but this time, I am so upset.

I was in the Strongsville store yesterday. I love their clothes. The manager was so disrespectful to me and the employees. She was yelling at them and so so rude. I talked to one of the employees when the manager was not around. Found out the manager is always like that and also brags about having her boss wrapped around her little finger and makes fun of her boss to the other employees. I will not shop in a place that has rude bullies for management. I will shop at the Crocker Park store from now on and I will let everyone I know to spread the word.

I bought my prom dress from Windsor today and I absolutely love it! I was shocked at how affordable it was at only $60 given the beautiful design and high quality. There are plenty of fitting rooms in the back to try on dresses and the employees were so helpful and efficient, especially given that this was my first time buying a dress for prom. I would highly recommend this place! Affordable and high quality!
