Stephan and Haifa’s customer service/ attitudes are absolutely garbage. No matter what day or time, you can be as polite and kind as you want to them, they will still have a nasty attitude. If you both hate your jobs so much and don’t want to deal with people, maybe consider not working in a sales job. Both of them really need to work on their tone and the way in which they speak to customers. It doesn’t cost you anything to be polite to those who are treating you with kindness and respect. I will
Not be returning to this location, seems as though it’s a common theme as the location in Cleveland is also garbage.

Terrible customer service . Went in to get my ring size and stones replaced. Why did my fiancé pay for full coverage insurance if it’s not gonna cover two measly sapphires that shouldn’t have never fell out to begin with? Not to mentioned once they realized it wasn’t an expensive diamond ring everyone’s tone change and their urgency was immediate directed to other people who came in after me, the one lady proceeded to loudly yet indirectly tell the other associate they won’t size my ring because I’m going to lie and say they took the sapphires out . Not to mention the eye rolls and scoffing when I had to go to a bigger size .Fast forward picked up the ring both sales associates were on the phone and answering PERSONAL phone calls making me wait , while being unorganized with the process of giving my ring back . Fast forward it hasn’t even been a few months since they sized it the band completely snapped where they welded it . I was doing nothing but holding my steering wheel and it completely split in half. I will NEVER be doing buisness with you guys again , and it’s not even worth coming back to get my ring fixed I’d rather pay someone else to do it and buy a new ring elsewhere. $500 ring or $50000 ring should never of happened period .

I specifically asked the worker when buying my earrings that if I lost one would it be replaced if I bought the warranty. She said yes, then I lose one and now it's only if I lose just the diamond part that it would be replaced.
I bought a ring last year and after 3 times of sending it out they could not get it small enough to fit my finger. They gave me a huge issue about returning it when I only had it for a total of 2 days. They finally did return and gave me $ back on my card, but gave me a very hard time saying that I could only pick something else out in the store and not get a refund.
I went in to pick up my wedding rings once after sending them out to be plated and the worker threw out my ring into the trash bin. He handed me one ring, I told him I had more then one ring and I watched him search for 20+ min just to find out he carelessly threw it in the trash.
I'm considering selling my wedding rings I got from zales so that I never have to go into this store again. I have yet to have a pleasant experience after my initial purchases. This place is unprofessional and does really shady business.
