“PNC in Liberty is a fantastic place. I went there to take care of a problem and I was met at the door by an employee by the name, Macy. She was very cordial and embracing. Each time I go into the Liberty branch, I'm treated with the utmost respect. They get you in and out with rapidity. To top it off, I'm given a lollipop upon leaving. I love PNC Liberty.”
“Ignore the old reviews they belong to old management. The new management is fantastic! Everything rises and falls on leadership and this branch is a no different. Great service, great atmosphere and great leadership!”
“Very polite staff with short wait times. They seem to have stepped up their game lately. I do wish they'd answer the phone locally, but that's not the staff's fault.”

“This branch is so friendly and so efficient. I always know they are protecting my money. Claudia retired. She was wonderful and now Donna is retiring. The branch is not going to be the same without her smile and helpfulness. It’s always a treat when I get her”
