Jeff and his team are one of a kind. Plain and simple they are everything you can hope for from a local mechanic. He's very transparent about what you need right now, what can wait, or what you can do on your own. He works quickly and keeps you updated along the way. Prices are beyond reasonable (usually half of what it would be at the dealer). He's warm, welcoming, and always gives you his full attention to ask any questions you have regardless of how busy they are. I live in Chicago now and anytime I visit family he's the only mechanic I still trust to look at my car everytime. Take a drive by yourself to see the number of people that trust Knuckle Buster for their repair work. It speaks for itself. Struthers is lucky to have boys! Thanks for everything.

This is twice now that these people have treated me and my 71 year old mother that has Dementia , they ripped her off .Sold her parts that didn't need fixed.
And shame on me 4 giving theme another chance. Yesterday I have that same car towed to there shop for a overheating program. I had auto zone run the codes and it needed a new coolant hose mounting. And they were nice as could be. " oh you have it towed her I do those all day , " I WILL TAKE CARE OF YOU.
I GET A CALL THAT DAY, HE TOLD ME " TONY I HAVE REALLY BAD NEWS. TRIND TO TELL ME NOW I NEED THIS AND THIS AND THIS. AND THE CAST WILL BE SO ABOUT $1000. AND I GAVE HIM A NEW PART I BOUT AT CAR PARTS W.H. ON ERIE ST.
WHEN I TOLD HIM MOM OR I DO NOT HAVE A 1000$ HE SAID "OK THAT I WABT YOUR CAR OUT OF HERE BE 8 AM. THE NEXT DAY, PLUS HI SAID " U OWE ME 100$ FOR THE INPECTION. THEY DID NO WORK
DOOO NOT SUPPORT ANYONE WHO TRIEATS ELDERLY LADIES LIKE THAT. I WILL BE CALLING THE BBB, AND WILL BE TELLING EVERYONE I KNOW HOW IGNORENT THEY ARE. NEVER AGAIN.

Would absolutely recommend this garage 100%! While traveling from out of state, we unfortunately let an Auto Parts store, touch fuses under the hood of our 2011 Toyota RAV4. There was absolutely nothing wrong with the vehicle, except the wiring harness for the tow package. The gentleman across the street, when walking in 30 minutes before close, agreed to help us out, and actually stayed open over an hour and a half longer to assist us!
The manager was very courteous and the mechanic that stayed an hour and a half past quitting time!!!

Told them I had to get heart surgery in Cleveland on Friday he said to bring it and drop it off by 4pm that same day he said to come and pick it up Saturday went to Cleveland with no problems thank you guys you are awesome and now my new macanics

Had a family member who is deaf Stephanie Bennett.take her car here for a tune up ,next day call to see if done they said the couldn't get it running,I said it was running what the heck is wrong just wanted a tune up ,So at this point there told we are coming to get it how much we owe you he says over 400 They asked what did you do for 400 he says changed plugs ,I swear he says well we thought there was a problem with the exhaust so we took it off and cleaned it are you freaking kidding me So long story short she didn't end up having the $400 so she had the sign the vehicle over to him Believe he said his name was Jimmy I wouldn't take my lawn mower to these guys Guess they figured she was deaf and wouldn't understand but she called us right away and told us what happened.I spoke to them personally myself.Anyone who takes advantage like that should be held accountable and you do know the Deaf person this happened it was a personal friend of your Steve and wife Cindy Bennett now you know smdh

Knuckle Buster came highly recommended to us. We've been taking my wife's car here for a while and they have always been helpful and fair. When it was my turn they got me in right away and I really loved the sense of humor, and kindness. I feel I was charged very fairly for all the repairs that needed done to my vehicle. Taylor Kia told us our 2 year old car had a rear main bearing seal leak once thex2 year included maintenance wss over. Quoted us an $800 repair. Knuckle Busters had the car on the rack and showed me where the seal was bone dry. That was 10 years ago and it's never leaked. These guys are honest and great mechanics, especially with women!
