Never been to this butcher before. New to town. Tiny place with huge flavor!The prices are exceptional and the service is great. We got the peach sriracha sausage, kebobs, and jalapeno cheese burgers. All awesome!I've been a chef for over 30 years and it's great to have a local butcher nearby.GO VIKINGS!!!!!!

Outstanding customer service, fair prices and quality products. I consider myself a "bacon freak" and they have the best bacon around! Thank You for all you do.
