I had my Ford Fusion’s steering rack replaced here, and I have no complaints! Got my car back within a week even though the job should’ve taken longer! Overall this is a great place to have your car worked on.

Being a woman you normally feel when you go to a garage that's somehow the mechanics will find some problem with your vehicle. Not this garage . Trustworthy is a perfect word to describe Shaw's garage

Shaw's auto is great! They have fixed multiple tires for us for $10 each and other issues for reasonable prices and amounts of time. They quickly get us back on the road each time. This time, the heat shield had been ripped off by high water, and they got us back on the road for under $40 (including a tire). I will gladly recommend them to anyone.

Walt, the owner is very smart and easy to work with. Jose is friendly and a great mechanic. Prices very reasonable. Fast service!! Will use again and again
ADDENDUM: So sorry to say, but I used them again; had a wheel come loose after they did my struts and brakes. Called and left a VM asking them to check. No response for 2 days. Took the car to Firestone who revealed NONE of the lug nuts were correctly torqued. Apparently they don't know what a torque wrench is!!! Worst part is their silence ?

Walt and his guys are amazing! I ended up getting a flat tire while at work, and when I took my car up to Shaw’s, they fixed my flat tire in no time. Very nice and welcoming!

The owner is a junkie. They will leave your car worse than it was. Don't trust these chop shop scumbags. They only want your money (like everybody else!)
