Send your kid anywhere but here! Unless you want your kid in a room not approved for them, sleeping anywhere but a crib(strollers, bouncers, and swings because they had more infants than cribs), and having a filthy high chair table to eat at. See pictures from the surprise visit they had from the state that sustained my claims. The place is run down & dirty, staff lacks required training, medical records and BACKGROUND CHECKS. I'm not lying, you can read all their non-compliances/violations from their annual inspection in December 2022 where the issues with staff are discovered. Visit Read inspections and complaints at childcaresearch.ohio.gov. I'd also recommend searching Google to view the recent pw olive report from staff allowing a stranger to enter the building and attempt to sign out a child. The child did not know the stranger and police were called. It should be the first result if you search "Vindicator Tiny Tots."Wish I knew I was able to view inspections and complaints before I sent my infant there, but hopefully this saves someone else from enrolling their child. My child was visibly upset each day I picked her up and had pulled a decent chunk of hair out. My child also came home still soiled from a bowel movement even though her diaper was only wet, so even something basic like wiping throughly after each diaper change was over looked...but not surprising considering coming home in a onesie covered in dried pee occurred too. Not sure how no one noticed the onesie was wet that it had time to dry. It was literally half of the onesie that had dried pee.
