First time using Youngstown Computers and had a great experience! Nick came out and fixed a couple of problems with our systems. He was quick, knowledgeable, and very helpful. He also gave us great advise moving forward with a couple other computer issues that we were having. I will definitely be using them next time we have a problem at my office.

Purchased a new computer here because I thought I would get more help after the sale than at big box store. Wrong. If you are not a computer geek you should probably go some where else.

Took my laptop in for diagnostics on why it would not power up. I performed basic but needed a professional to do a deeper one. They had my laptop 24hrs but did not go any gather then I did. Implied they did not have the tools to do a deep diagnostic. Suggested to me pay more money on parts when they did not test those parts on my laptop. If you need basic work then they are okay otherwise look elsewhere.
