“Excellent selection of local meat. They offer several bundles that allow you to sample a variety of products. Cooking with their meat will take your meals to the next level, and is well with the cost you get as far as quality. My wife typically drains grease from the meat she buys from the supermarket. With Beitzel she has gotten a tbsp of grease at most, other times she simply doesn't need to drain anything. Once you try their products it will be hard to go back to supermarket meat.”
