“Honestly I’ve been afraid to leave a great review for fear of dissatisfied members from the Lyons location flooding this one. But it appears I’m not alone in my appreciation for this location.

This is a great PF, MILES above the Lyons location. It’s always clean, staff are always present and on top of their duties, not to mention just the *nicest* people. The manager here has gone above and beyond to address any concerns I’ve had, including helping me locate an ID I lost in a time-sensitive situation.

The only thing is the space is a bit small, and the 30-minute workout area is crammed into a small space downstairs and is frustrating to use because of this. Otherwise, this location is excellent and I’m so glad it’s available as an alternative to Lyons, which is *awful*.”
