I spoke to a woman named Tami about my tax situation, hoping to get an estimate for a consult. She gave me far more, taking the time to research information I needed, and giving me personalized advice. She went above and beyond, and was a huge blessing. She was incredibly kind, and eager to help and was a true bright spot in my day.

I made an appointment for 1200, and showed up about 10 minutes early. When I arrived there wes a hand written sign in the window that wrote "be right back." I've been here for over 45 minutes and no one has shown up. I had know idea this is how unprofessional this company was.
