We ordered custom light boxes for the sanctuary at our church. Wes was instrumental in turning our idea into a reality! He helped us with our design and worked out all of the details. When the project was delivered, we were blown away by the quality of the construction and the beauty of the finish. We highly recommend Scenic Hills. They truly went above and beyond!

Though it’s been a couple years I am still blown away by the outstanding, professional, courageous, customer focused experience I received. In particular I would single out Salesman Wes as the principle behind my fantastic sales experience ! The bedroom suite I had once saw and liked in the store was sold on my next visit. Fortunately I had taken pictures and sharing those with Wes he immediately said, I recognize that set, and said he could special order another for me ! We worked through the features, color (brown maple), right down to my choice of the hardware I preferred. He explained it would be approximately 6 months to have built. I was fine with that but next questioned whether delivery to the remote reaches of Michigan’s upper peninsula would be possible. He made a call and shared he could get it delivered and gave me the reasonable rate. Springtime not being good for road conditions for delivery up north Wes said he would store my pieces below the Shop at no cost until conditions allowed. As it turned out he ‘held’ my items from May til October of that year. I had another request of him. I had also made a purchase of a pub table and chairs from another furniture maker in his area; potentially his competition. When I was bold enough to ask him if there could be a coordination of those items accompanying my order from him he swiftly exclaimed, ‘No Problem!’ I was flabbergasted! What Wes did was contact the other maker, sent his truck to pick my items up, store them along with my bedroom suite, and then when I gave him the all clear for delivery, he made sure all of my purchases were on the same load. The freight firm was the equivalent regarding customer focus. They kept me abreast of timing and though it got delayed, the two fellas arrived late that October night, overcame difficulties in negotiating tight roads, used lights to see by and carefully carried in everything to my Camp and took the time to assemble a couple of the pieces. Took no longer than 1/2 hour and then they were gone into the darkness to continue their trek.

I recently commissioned Scenic Hills to build a mantle to go over my existing concrete mantle that was very long and not deep enough to decorate easily. Thanks to Jared for helping me with deciding what size, type of wood, distressing and color of stain that would best work in my living room.
We are 100% thrilled with the finished product…the new mantle made such a difference to our fireplace! I would highly recommend contacting the experienced staff at Scenic Hills for any advice and suggestions for your furniture needs!

I ordered a display case from Scenic Hills furniture and I am very satisfied with the experience. The case was custom built from a design that I submitted. Roy Hershberger called to confirm details before construction began. The wood is corner sawn oak with michaels stain. Beveled glass. Flawless craftsmanship. See photos below. The only modification I made post delivery was to change the LED lighting to a 2700K strip for a soft white appearance, rather than the 5000K LED that was installed. This was a matter of personal preference.

Beautiful furniture and excellent service. I was looking for some very specific pieces of outdoor furniture and stopped at Scenic Hills on a whim. Jared was so helpful in showing me the options that they had and even brought a set from the warehouse for me to see. Their prices beat other quotes I had been given. Best kept secret for furniture in northeast Ohio! The staff are extremely knowledgeable, personable and professional here. The products are built to last and I cannot recommend this store, their services and quality of the product enough. While it may be more expensive than some online or factory stores, the quality is a hundred times better!
