A star is all you receive and that’s because you’re open. Fix your pavement, the concrete around your pumps, put receipt paper in the machines and get some help behind the counter. Your location is perfect but like other reviews, it needs some TLC!

Never enough help, at the cashier area. Most times 1 cashier, with 10 or more customers in line. The employees cuss all the time,, very unprofessional! Your parking lot has so many pot holes, it could seriously damage my car. Today while standing in a line of 9 customers, again 1 cashier. I saw another employee standing and talking to a man, just cussing loudly, and I finally said to her, is there another cashier? She responded yes, me. I said we'll then could you please run a register? Which she did. Other customers thanked me for speaking up. I would also suggest you scrub the floors, because this location is dirty, and disgusting. I wish Bellstore would come into Sugarcreek. I am seriously thinking of calling the health dept.

I rarely post negative reviews, but it’s time.I’ve been going to this location for several years. The staff are all kind. It’s the exterior that has issues. The parking lot is filled with holes, especially when entering directly from 39. There are rusty pieces of metal falling off from around the concrete where the gas pumps are. It looks horrible and is hazardous. Why is it so hard to take care of the place?
