When I was ready to move, she still remembered me and was more than willing to take the time to help me get a great unit. Very friendly and caring and i love that she remembered me even after a couple months. The units are great size to choose from, easy to get to and very affordable.”

“Nice and simple, with a locked gate protected by a keypad. Employees were very nice. There is a storage facility right across the street from me called Lock It Up Storage-Sugarbush. As I pulled up to take a look, on the motorcycle I wanted to store, I was intercepted by an old lady with an attitude that acted as though I was intruding. Strangely, I went on Google to see she is a grumpy old lady that nobody likes, so I took my business elsewhere. Lucky for me though it led me to Hersheys, which was not far away, has great pricing, and I received nothing but hospitality. I feel my motorcycle is safe and ready for me to ride here.”

“This is a very tough business to keep everybody happy. We do our best. Our mission is to run a clean and safe facility, with very fair rates, free of drama and nefarious individuals as best as we can control. Some folks are not agreeable to those terms. We have invested in a state of the art surveillance system to show our renters we care about their property, while protecting it as best we can as long as they need storage. Anyone who takes issue that we manage our business on the side of caution, as opposed to being reckless is indeed better suited to go to another place that is more free wheeling. When an individual mentions that they will be storing an automobile, we must talk to the individual who actually has the ownership title and proof of insurance for the automobile, so we can make the appropriate arrangements in advance and before we would ever agree to storing it on our property. This is for the safety our existing renters, and our business. We do not coordinate third party rentals when it involves storing automobiles. The individual became standoffish and indeed came across as very suspicious. Her definition of rude, is being dramatized for effect. At that point we weren't even close to sharing prices or establishing an appointment. What was the point. Sorry if you're offended, but we have reason to be questionable if it presents itself that way. We now realize you could care less if we run a safe and secure business. We hope you found a solution. As for the other individual who made a comment about our business hours. We have no idea who he is specifically, or if he actually did call. We do have fixed business hours and If this individual actually did call last minute expecting to do a same day rental especially on a Saturday, there's a good chance we couldn't help since we get busy with other appointments that are scheduled days in advance. We are a small business with a very small staff, and do scheduling by appointment in advance with the particular details of that appointment established before we even meet to get you signed up. It makes for a seamless well coordinated efficient rental for everyone involved. Sorry your last minute needs could not be serviced on that particular day.”
