Called a few months before I would need a unit and spoke with Kim, sure was very polite and knowledgeable and shared with me everything i would need. When I was ready to move, she still remembered me and was more than willing to take the time to help me get a great unit. Very friendly and caring and i love that she remembered me even after a couple months. The units are great size to choose from, easy to get to and very affordable.

Great price for a place for my extra stuff, not temp. controlled so if you have items that are susceptible to moisture and mold, make sure to vacuum seal or place in sealed bags.
