The staff at BWA were beyond accommodating for me tonight. We’ve always been so happy with service & product, but tonight was over the top. I called on my way home from work to verify closing time. When I told Mike I’d be running close, he assured me that he’d be there if I was close, and sure enough…he was, and was so gracious to let me shop un-rushed and even added to a shirt for me. I felt so thankful for this service, and the kids loved their new shirts. Keep up the great job, BWA, and thank you for what you do in our community!!!

They have the best customer service around. I dropped off three blankets to be embroider today one I need it done by Friday and they got all of them done today.

Big Walnut did an amazing job on my decals for my truck, fast turnaround and great prices. I also had a few shirts made with company logo. Our new company truck arrives in a few days and will be ordering our company decals again,

The team here is customer focused and helped me with shirts for whole family. Sizes didn’t fit and they made it easy to swap for better fit. Quality is very good too...not cheap material.
