Someone at this Certified called the cops on me because I dropped off my car at the Jim's Auto Center across the street and interpreted me trying to find the key drop off as planning on robbing a mechanic's shop.

Used to be my stop for a quick run on beer or nic. Used to be worth the the drive to the other side of town . No more... Steadily cranked prices up over the past few months. Much cheaper to just run into the other side of town or even the drive through now.Lost me after almost 10 years of being my go to.

Beth Hicks doesn't recommend Certified Oil (Sunbury, OH).6 hrs · I do hospice home healthcare, and drive all over central Ohio. I'm trying very hard to keep myself well so that I don't take covid into the many patients' homes, to them, nor to their family. I stopped into this Certified today to get a couple of snacks, and none of the employees were wearing masks. I asked them to put them on - I've stopped in before and asked the same thing, and explained what I did for a living and why I was being adamant. They complied last time, so I wanted to give them my business today.NEVER AGAIN. The young man working put his on, but the young woman who ended up ringing me up refused to place it over her nose. I told her it only worked if her nose was covered, and she proceeded to tell me that I didn't have to worry. I told her I did if I contracted the virus and passed it on, and she laughed, saying she didn't have it. I asked repeatedly how she could claim that, and she said she was healthy and felt fine. In the meantime, another male employee walked in, and I said to him, and you're not wearing a mask at all. His reply? "No, I'm not. And I just got back from Ft Lauderdale!!!" He then flailed his arms and pantomimed that I was being ridiculous.I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN, AND WOULD BE FINE IF THOSE TWO WERE FIRED. This isn't a joke, and I don't go to work every day and wear tons of PPE to have my life jeopardized by ignorant people. I'M LIVID. I hope the manager and owner sees this - though perhaps they are fine w/their employees not wearing masks. However, this business WILL be reported. And reviewed.

They called cops on me while I was parked there solving a problem. I was in the pump and the gas station was not busy. Obviously I would move in this case. I go to there frequently and I didn’t like the way they treated me as a customer. I went to there to buy a coffee and gas. The attendant knows me and she did it. They lost a customer. I’ll never more go to there.

I'm not from the area but I stopped here on my way home tonight. I wanted to give a shout out to the female employee working tonight. In a world where most employees make you feel like you're bothering them just to do business, she was stand out friendly but not in a "It's my job to be" kind of way. I don't usually do reviews. It just stuck with me. Kudos to her for working with the public and staying friendly. Wish I'd have caught her name to give a proper shout out.

Been a loyal customer for the better part of 30 years, I do a lot of driving for work at 12 miles to the gallon, I spend a minimum of 5200 a year with certified, that all stopped and I will not be back.
