Horrible horrible horrible online experience! Terrible customer service worst Ive ever experienced! They shipped my package to the wrong address due to a faulty system and refused to refund my money or send me my package to the correct address on file. NOTHING THEY DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!! Tried multiple attempts they just passed me off to the next person who said nothing could be done… at no fault of myself??? They screw up send almost a $100 pair of shoes to the wrong address and nothing??? BE CAREFUL ORDERING ONLINE CONVERSE WILL SCREW YOU!!! 🤬🤬🤬

Arrived at 2:30p on a Monday. Google says the store is open but the doors were locked with the lights on. Very unhappy with my experience as this is the only Converse store in Central Columbus. Needed to return a product.

I drove all the way to Converse today, Memorial Day after calling yesterday to make sure that they will be open today. The young lady told me they will be open from 10 AM to 8 PM. It is 12 o’clock and no one has still opened the converse store. I’ve called security. I’ve called corporate and like I said I drove over an hour to get here. I am royally pissed off. I have coupons I wanted to use and no one is here in this converse store at this Tanger outlet. This is ridiculous. Unacceptable. I need some type of coupon discount or something. Where are the workers????? I could have not spent my holiday watching people pull on this door!!!!!! I’m so shocked compared to the service I have had in the past!

Very Poor experience, Ethan did not greet us but greeted another family that walked in a minute after we did. He did not offer help and walked past us twice in the same aisle, barely saying excuse me. He barely looked at us.When confronted he still said nothing, then finally said "I'm just doing my job." The store was not busy at all.Either he's prejudice, having a horrible day or not getting paid enough, all of which have nothing to do with the customers.We would not come here again. Funny part is that I worked here years ago when it opened and spoke highly of it, such a disappointment.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. When I went, all clearance was an additional 50% off. I got a super cute pair of black leather low tops.
