Manager working on 10/03/2025 is extremely rude. The bank is not and will not work with you at all. They do not prioritize customers at all they do not care. Their slogan is putting you first well that’s not the case with this branch and this manager. I hope someone in a position of power reads this and checks in on who the manager was on 10/03-2025 in Sunbury Ohio and reiterates to them being professional goes a long way and managing a bank should come with a high level of professionalism.

Professionalism is lacking with the manager. Unfortunately, she was condescending and unhelpful when I was asking for assistance with filling out a form. The two tellers at the front were kind and seeking to help.

One of the lady’s that I was on the phone with was very arrogant and rude. I’m leaving this bank as of now. Don’t waste your time with this company!

Professionalism of the manager is lacking. Asked questions of her regarding an account that is active with them. She was snide, condescending and adolescent in calling names. Simply asked about how one could be removed as a signed on the account and if there policy was a new norm within the bank world. She said how she could not speak for other banks, but then went in to her experience with several other banks and how they all do the same thing as this one. She called me a smart mouth and said that her time being given to us was a courtesy. She did not have to get involved as another teller was already working with us. Very unimpressed and won't be continuing with them.

Don't bank here.
It's impossible to get a new debit card. Been waiting over a month for one after mine was stolen. I'm behind on my bills because of it. Each time I call I get a " oops we didn't send it" or " we will just send out another one"....thats great. You gonna pay my late fees? Totally incompetent customer service.

Don't bank here.It's impossible to get a new debit card. Been waiting over a month for one after mine was stolen. I'm behind on my bills because of it. Each time I call I get a " oops we didn't send it" or " we will just send out another one"....thats great. You gonna pay my late fees? Totally incompetent customer service.

Horrid service tried to set up an online account, told me my informs doesn’t match! Went to the physical bank and they verified everything, then told me to call the online thing again, they said they couldn’t do anything, unless I was physically at the bank then the teller could call and set this up! Worst banking experience ever to try and set up an online account! I verified myself with my drivers license and updated it all! 3 days trying to set up an online account! Do not recommend this bank!

Yep ! I love this bank ! I don't know why it is rated less than 3 stars.... I've never had a single problem in the 4ish years of being a customer. I've worked in a bank before and continue to work in the customer service industry. Sometimes things happen that workers have no control over. It's just part of the customer service industry.Thank you FCB !

I have been banking with this bank for 6 years and I will now be closing my account after years of undeniable bs. I’ve had several issues with unauthorized things done to my account. The people in whom you talk to in which your supposed to receive help is a joke. The manager that apparently “manages all over Central Ohio” has a complete attitude and he’s absolutely in no consideration for the people banking with his company. They do not care about you or your situation they simply want to take and make as much money as possible. I’ve trusted in this bank for way to long, I highly recommend capital one or chase because this bank is terrible. I wouldn’t even rate it one star if I didn’t have to. If you choose to bank with them good luck !
