Don't bank here.It's impossible to get a new debit card. Been waiting over a month for one after mine was stolen. I'm behind on my bills because of it. Each time I call I get a " oops we didn't send it" or " we will just send out another one"....thats great. You gonna pay my late fees? Totally incompetent customer service.

Yep ! I love this bank ! I don't know why it is rated less than 3 stars.... I've never had a single problem in the 4ish years of being a customer. I've worked in a bank before and continue to work in the customer service industry. Sometimes things happen that workers have no control over. It's just part of the customer service industry.Thank you FCB !

Horrid service tried to set up an online account, told me my informs doesn’t match! Went to the physical bank and they verified everything, then told me to call the online thing again, they said they couldn’t do anything, unless I was physically at the bank then the teller could call and set this up! Worst banking experience ever to try and set up an online account! I verified myself with my drivers license and updated it all! 3 days trying to set up an online account! Do not recommend this bank!

I have been banking with this bank for 6 years and I will now be closing my account after years of undeniable bs. I’ve had several issues with unauthorized things done to my account. The people in whom you talk to in which your supposed to receive help is a joke. The manager that apparently “manages all over Central Ohio” has a complete attitude and he’s absolutely in no consideration for the people banking with his company. They do not care about you or your situation they simply want to take and make as much money as possible. I’ve trusted in this bank for way to long, I highly recommend capital one or chase because this bank is terrible. I wouldn’t even rate it one star if I didn’t have to. If you choose to bank with them good luck !

Surprised they have a 2.3 rating. This am I waited in the drive through 13 minutes to make a deposit before I was told they were having system issues. I was only told because I asked what the hold up was. Went back this pm to make a deposit and was told if I filled out a deposit slip things would be faster. Really !!!

Terrible customer service. I have been with this bank for about a year now, and they have always cashed my paycheck without matching funds. Today, I drove 30 minutes home from Columbus to do what I normally do, cash my check at my bank. They refused. What was different this time? Apparently a manager that doesn't value customers. Had to drive all the way to Westerville, just to come back to this worthless bank and deppsit the same check they refused to cash. Closing my account, and what a surprise, they are happy to close it. This is how they treats customers during a pandemic. Disgusting!

I have always had excellent service at this branch, better than some of the larger banks in the area. I have a business account here and have never had any problems running my card.

Couldn't use my card for a purchase I was attempting to make at noon. Called customer service and was told to have the cashier run my card again. There was way more than enough in my account. Repeated this process several times. Card still came up "declined". After spending 4 hours on the phone with customer service, they still couldn't give me access to my money, or explain why! Finally drove to the bank at 4:30, closed my account and withdrew my money. This was the last straw after SEVERAL issues I have had with them in the past. The attendants at the bank are also extremely rude, and waaaaay too nosey.
