This Goodwill store is generally described as nice, clean, quite large, and well-organized. However, a significant concern is that the entrance door is not disability friendly; it is not automatic and has been reported as not working for a long time, making it hard for people with mobility issues to get a cart out. Another repeated issue involves a particular individual, described as an eBay reseller who is there every day. Some customers feel this person ruins the experience by taking good items straight from new racks, and they believe employees play favorites by knowing him by name and doing as he asks.

Went shopping over the weekend, the store was nice and tidy, but want to give a huge shoutout to Kaleb, the cashier. They were super friendly and kind to me when checking out. Thanks!

Today we were up here for a baseball tournament at Big Walnut middle school for baseball tournament and it brought us here afterwards. I've never been to a Goodwill that is so nice, so clean and quite large. It was very nice and I definitely will come back again. And the employees were amazing
