This Goodwill store is generally described as nice, clean, quite large, and well-organized. However, a significant concern is that the entrance door is not disability friendly; it is not automatic and has been reported as not working for a long time, making it hard for people with mobility issues to get a cart out. Another repeated issue involves a particular individual, described as an eBay reseller who is there every day. Some customers feel this person ruins the experience by taking good items straight from new racks, and they believe employees play favorites by knowing him by name and doing as he asks.

Sunbury goodwill is a good store to shop. They're friendly helpful and their prices are really good word of warning. Do not go to the mount. Vernon, goodwill, their prices are outrageous.
