My mom had brakes put on her car 4 months ago at a shop. A 2005 Lexus. They were brand new with warranty. She took her car here because her ABS, and VSC lights were on. So they charged her $1,440 dollars for brake pads and rotors. Didn’t even address the dash lights. Don’t take your car here. Calling the BBB and attorney general Monday morning.

Was in town working on the road in front of this shop. Decided to get my truck an oil change and tire rotation. They found some missing bolts on one of my calipers and fixed it. Happy with the work and the price.

This is a great local shop! I've been using them for a few years for basic car maintenance. Service is terrific. It's always ready either on time or early. I love that they follow up after the work is done to make sure you're happy.

Discovered Jim's Auto a little over a year ago when I took my truck in for an oil change. Since then they have been servicing 3 cars for my family and always do a great job at reasonable fees. I appreciate the convenience and to have a local mechanic I trust with my vehicles.

Got a flat tire on the road in Sunbury, OH. It just happened to be a 7 minute drive to Jim's Auto Center. We were able to break out the portable air pump and inflate it just enough to make it here. The mechanics had it fixed in less than 12mins. Less than $40. This is the fastest service I've ever had in my life!! Amazing customer service. SAM is the man!

I was recommend here my a good coworker. My heat wasn't working properly. I decided to give this shop a go and it was just okay. They did work with extended warranty which was appreciated, but I had to pay $700 in addition to my deductible. The work was slopy at best . At pickup, my car was filthy and i had loose trim everywhere. I then had to take it back that same week because it started throwing different codes. They did do the job and my heat works well now. It was just a little frustrating in the process.
I do understand that this was a major job but i wish a little more professionalism had taken place. If you don't feel comfortable doing the job, be upfront instead of taking the job.
