Even though there were multiple people working, I had to wait in line for some time because there was only one person working the register. I wanted to make a return with a receipt, but the only option that was given was to put the credit on a gift card. The employee called over assistant manager Anthony for help. He told me I would have to put the credit on a gift card and then use the gift card to credit my account. When I remarked that was a ridiculous way to do a return in 2024, Anthony told me to complain to 1-800-OLD-NAVY. My point, which Anthony didn't "get" was that the return took so much longer than it needed to, especially because I had to wait in line so long. Anthony said, "First come, first served. There was no one ahead of you." That statement was utterly false, because while I was waiting in line, he dropped off hangers at the register, literally looked at the four people waiting in line, and walked away without helping anyone. He was rude, defensive, dismissive, and utterly unprofessional. It's clear he doesn't care at all about customers' experiences at a store he manages. Finally, it seems that Old Navy is forcing people to get gift cards for returns. If that is their new policy, I won't be back.

My family likes Old Navy's in general and the deals here were 15-30% on top of what they normally are. Of course deals were not offered on everything.

I had the absolute BEST customer service experience with the ladies working the phone at this store. Had a random question that I didn’t know if they could answer, but they did and they did it so well! Their energy was great and they were sure to check all avenues when it came to answering my question! 100000/10 Service :) Great job Old Navy Outlet!!

GREAT deals here. I found a blazer on clearance at a great price. The sales associate was nice and helped me get signed up for rewards 😁 can't wait to go back
