Just passing through and stopped by for a break and some roller food. They were pretty packed. Only a few spots to park and pumps were filled.
Store was clean and we were in and out and on our way back to Ky.

We travel a lot, this is a dirty place to stop..it's old to.. not very clean.. ceiling tiles all over floor..ewww

Horrible treatment by an employee of this stop who did not want to serve and sell nothing specifically to the individual!
Respect should greet where Pilot served, not harm or hate that’s undeserved

Usually pilot is on point. But tonight pilot gets a one Rating! I came into the store to take a shower And it was comedy show. No soap in the shower, garbage in the can, the crew were more interested in joking and playing than working!
Adam needs an attitude adjustment and customer service skills. He blamed me rather than offering an apology for a disastrous store. Very disappointed customer

Excellent Service at this Pilot. The staff went above and beyond. I have never seen anything like this at travel center shop. When i walked in, i was looking for the ladies room & the gentleman on staff (who wore a light colored beard and glasses - very friendly) could tell and anticipated my question looking for the women’s restroom & kindly showed me without my having to even ask. Then, when searching for favorite snacks & sodas for my family, a helpful employee (petite woman with shorter hair) asked what kind of drink i was looking for; when i said “Dr. Pepper Zero but there’s Diet Dr Pepper so that will have to do. She said she thought she had some in the back & with assistance from another helpful young man on staff, they found me the last one back there! How nice! Even when i waited in line, the charming African american gentleman on the register greeted me while taking care of the customer ahead of me in line. Then the woman who found the soda for us opened the 2nd register, ensuring i didn’t have to wait long and promptly printing my gas receipt from the pump outside. I was so impressed with this entire team — they definitely made the stop very pleasant after a long day of travels with the fam! Thanks so much for the excellent customer service: Super friendly & efficient!!

Not a bad Pilot, not very big, parking is convenient, showers are relatively clean.

When you're traveling close to 1600 miles and you're super tired, you thank your lucky stars this place is here. I'm not sure if I remember correctly, but I think their bathroom is outside and you need to go in to get a key.

WORST TRUCK STOP. THE EMPLOYEES ARE LAZY THEY DON'T TEACH SUBWAY WORKERS HOW TO MAKE SIMPLE SANDWICHES AND THE MOP WAS AS BLACK AS TAR BUT SHE STILL MOPPED THE FLOOR WITH IT
