I had the higher bid on a Facebook auction before it closed and they gave it to the lower bidder. Won’t respond to my messages.

I’ve been to six of their autographs sessions at this store and their previous stores and have gotten gifts here several times. It’s been the same, friendly people in charge and has been great seeing them continuously improve their shop.
