Never has money and rude managers. Avoid if at all possible and move your digital numbers to a different bank that actually has liquid cash. If you try to pull your money out, don't expect much. The automated teller at the drive-through is better than the managers here.The guys working there don't care about anything other than talking about going golfing, and their probably terrible at that, too.I swear bankers are the worst, but these guys are something else entirely. Don't open an account here, that's for sure. Go to chase across the way near Kroger or literally anywhere else to be honest.Save your physical cash and don't let these corporations turn us into a cashless society.

Went to deposit some cash into my checking account and the teller was very rude. I had to wait almost 10 minutes in utter silence while she ran the cash through 2 different counting machines 6-7 times before she just handed me my receipt for the transaction and very coldly said "anything else?" I tried to be friendly and replied with a "nope, that's all I needed thank you!" but she just continued to stare at her screen and didn't say another word to me. Definitely will not be coming back to this bank, absolutely terrible service and rude people.

I’ve never been through this drive through and waited less than 30 minutes. The last time I was here there were two cars, one in each line and I waited over 30 minutes. I have never had this much trouble getting help, depositing checks, or taking money out . Very frustrating .

Utter trash service. I was hoping to open a new account, instead was told they were very busy and would take my info for a call back. Fair enough, until they hung up before I could even get a word out. Tried again and was immediately hung up on. 4 cars in the parking lot including mine! 0 damn stars.

We normally like going here and have had positive experiences. However, today we did not. We dropped off a small check to deposit in the drive thru and a lady said she would be right back. Another lady came on and said the other lady was still working on it, which was fine. A short time later the second lady put what was we thought was our receipt and card. When i took it out of the tube it did not feel right so I opened the envelope and it contained someone's else's identification and money. I pushed the speaker button to let someone know that they had given us the wrong envelope. The second lady came back on and i told her this envelope was not ours and there was alot of money in it.Instead of apologizing, she ask me if I had taken any money out of it. I said no and gave it back to her. Later the first lady gave us the correct envelope. This is insulting to me. We have been customers of PNC since they bought it from National City.

Kevin, Thank you. I am buying a house and needed 2 months of account history for the loan. Each time I got the account statements I couldn't match up the dates and was getting increasing confused and frustrated. Kevin printed the statements multiple times and I really began to wonder about his competence. He was very polite and professional and continued to reprint the papers that insisted we're wrong. On the FOURTH visit back, I was really beginning to lose patience and I asked Kevin plainly why I was only getting every other page of the transaction history. He politely informed me they pages are printed front and back. It wasn't that he was incompetent, it was that I am an actual imbecile and never looked at the back of the pages. Despite that, Kevin never got impatient or indignant. Thank you Kevin.

Went in to get a new debit card. No one knows how to get you a new one but will deactivate your card quick. Will be looking for a new bank. They are not very smart!!!

I love the Virtual Wallet accounts...the calendar is so much more intuitive than what the competition offers. While I'm mostly an ATM user (and the no card, app code option is super cool), the staff in this location have always been extremely pleasant and easy to work with.

I think it's very unprofessional to ask me why I'm withdrawing “a large amount†out of my account. It seems to be some kind of hassle every time I want to get MY money from PNC. I'll be closing my accounts.

Very friendly and know their business. However, service is very slow...understaffed without a doubt. They get the work done but you will have several minutes of waiting...whether it is the drive-thru or lobby.
