Worst grocery around....unfortunately I live close and have to keep asking for a bad experience based on convenience. Disgruntled staff, understaffed, long check out lines, Click list about every time is rude or damaged goods smashed bread etc. Kroger! Welcome to Walmart status. I'll be driving to Delaware Meijer even driving extra 20miles.

This was the worst Kroger I've ever been into. Besides having the deli constantly closed, the cashiers were rude and the manager was not helpful. I don't normally complain honestly. I rarely ever complain but I will say this. I will never ever shop that Kroger again and highly recommend never to go to Kroger. As they do not honor their deals. They change their deals on the fly and don't take care of the customer. So if you want good deals go to Meijer go to marks go somewhere else

This is hands down the worst grocery store in the area. Unfortunately it is also the closest to my house. They are always out of at least one thing you need, usually the most important one to a recipe. They recently no longer take my prescription coverage so I had to go back to CVS, another favorite store of mine. We bought some cold cuts from the deli but when we got home noticed that the labels on our chicken and ham were saying roast beef and we had been charged over $14 a pound. When my wife called whomever she spoke to was slightly apologetic but no offer of a refund was forthcoming. My very favorite part of this kroger is how they are constantly changing the closing time of the store without warning. I drove down tonight to get something and at 10:05 PM was tugging on a locked door. All of a sudden they are closing at 10 instead of 11. Thanks for wasting my time Kroger.

don't buy crab legs here anytime soon. they have absolutely no meant in them. I got 3 lbs and I got maybe one crab cluster out of all of them! I know Kroger can control this but they should stop selling the ones they have now. I know I can't be the only one that got crab and it was like this! so upsetting when you spend that much money and it was all trash/emptied shells

This thing SUCKS! I had to scan my card multiple times. When I put my information in, it’ll tell me that the zip code was “wrong”! I had to use my dad’s credit card just to get a movie I was looking for. It’s ridiculous!

The pharmacy leaves a lot to be desired! The pharmacist act like nothing but covid exist and has actually has said so. Ummm no, the flu, cancer, diabetes etc still exist, covid has a 99.7% survival rate and it's dangerous for a medical professional to be spouting off such misinformation such as nothing is as important as covid!! I will be taking all of my families medication's to CVS. Maybe they will take our health seriously and never forget to fill something that's on auto fill. Every time I pick up our meds, they forget to give us something and I have to make a return trip. So over this Pharmacy and their staff! Also, the pharmacist referred to my husband as 'one of those people' when he had questions about the vaccines, she implied he was an anti vaxxer which he isn't, he just had questions.

Love this grocery store. Lots of selection! Big enough without being obnoxiously big. It's in a good location. Store employees are always pretty friendly. Decent prices! GOOD beer & wine selection!!!

Worst Kroger in the Columbus area. And if you want a place that's even remotely Covid friendly, this is NOT the store for you. No one wipes down the carts (there is a self-service station). But you have to touch the cart and THEN clean it. No one is wiping down anything at any of the check-outs, including the self-check out. It is disgustingly filthy. Also, many patrons refuse to wear a mask. They have the fewest choices in literally every department, then any other Kroger. I really don't know what management is thinking- everyone that lives near Sunbury tells me NOT to go to this location.

I love this Kroger. I'm local so I come all the time. Everyone is very helpful and the store is always very clean and tidy. Cashiers are always super friendly and happy.

So I’m a life long Kroger shopper. I don’t grocery shop anywhere else. I have PAID and used click list since it first came out. I will now be doing my shopping elsewhere due to the horrid, unprofessional customer service I received during my last order. I placed my order, waited a week for it, went to pick it up- told it was not done- told to come back the next day. Ok. Not the end of the world. I was already on my way to the store so I went in and collected the items I forgo

Not very helpful. I have went through four check cards due to chip malfunctions only at this Kroger. Sometimes the cashier will help and get it through but most times they just look at me and say sorry. It is never an issue of funds and it works at other stores just upset they can't fix this issue. I will switch grocery stores but not my bank
