Beautiful new building, canopy & pumps with all digital screens, but can't bother to fill the windshield cleaning squeegee reservoirs with fluid...bad Ops will always trump great facilities & locations.

First time I've traveled to this part of the state in a while. I stopped at the newly renovated Shell station that was pretty easy and simple to use at the pumps and inside of the store. The gas and diesel pumps you have to take your time and tap the screen at the right time for your proper choices. Inside the convenience store, it is larger and has a nice clean, well stock store for most of your needs when traveling

I tried getting gas after work and tried paying at the pump like I have a few times in the past and it was having an issue where it didn’t give me any gas but it took my money anyway!

Do not EVER BUY ANY GENERAL MERCHANDISE FROM THIS PLACE!!!! I was camping in this general vicinity and picked up something in my tire . I desperately needed a quick fix, the time was around midnight and I was supposed to report to work the next morning. I stopped here and purchased a can of fix a flat $17 . 11 after tax , first red flag the clerk didn't offer a receipt, but I thought name brand product should work fine . I followed the instructions to the tee on the can and only maybe 1/8 of the can expelled into the tire . So praying that was enough to stop or atleast slow the leak I aired my tire up and went back to camp . Woke up the next morning and BAM! FLAT TIRE, I tried the can again to no avail, had to be a defect in the product , actually the biggest defect is in shells gm policies!!! anyways I aired up my tire went to the SPEEDWAY ON COLUMBUS PIKE( 23) . the folks there are awesome! The kind lady there told me if they're product doesn't work they'll refund it or replace it . that can worked flawlessly no issues. I forgot to mention I now also had an angry Boss because I volunteered to work memorial day and now couldn't seeing as how they understandably couldn't wait on me . ...
My next trip was BK to shell , I go into the store defective can of fix a flat in hand , no receipt but I did have where the transaction was made on my app to my bank card .they refused to refund my money , I asked for the manager (Robert) he refused to give his last name. He told me they don't offer receipts, I said why so that you can set people up for no refunds or what ?? He then tells me it's against corporate policies to refund any General Merchandise, so I blatantly and loudly announced that to all the customers in the store basically told the manager what I thought of his policies because I know he could have done something, he could have refunded me my money by some means..
As if the dude actually follows every single policy to begin with ..
I told him that I was going to put this on blast and here it is...... I will find a way to share my experience on Facebook on YouTube and every platform that I'm associated with...... I do not have $17 to throw to the wind .. and then to be treated like well you just got robbed and there's nothing you can do about it...... Don't waste your time their folks go to speedway on Columbus Pike and they will take care of you..... This place not so much

Whoever green lit the tablet pumps never tried to use them. Slow as can be and randomly kicks to you from rewards screens.

Ive never dealt with worse pumps. They never let you enter your Kroger card number and if it does then it wont take your card by tap or won’t register when you’ve removed you care by chip. Ive never had issues at any other shells with the regular pumps. The inside is nice but im almost always going to the gas station for GAS. So it would be nice if the pumps worked.

I recently visited the Shell gas station after their remodeling, and I must say, the transformation is remarkable! The updated layout and modern aesthetics make for a more pleasant experience. The facility is cleaner, and the new amenities enhance the overall convenience. Kudos to the Shell team for investing in such positive changes!

I was craving fried chicken and a search showed Krispy Krunchy chicken being in the new Shell.The chicken was good, not great but better than the bucket across the street. Wedges were meh level and the honey biscuit was a surprise. Had to use a fork on it. The chicken itself was close to 4 stars, especially for what it is. Will go back to try the tenders and some more chicken as options are near nil for good/decent fast food fried chicken around here.

I had stopped here before when it was under renovation and to be here today and see the finished product will say I'm impressed. Hope it says this clean. The new pumps are touch screen, have tap & pay and a couple of other functions you can see in the pics. On thing I noticed is the color for the pump handles and what is displayed on the screen before you start pumping can be confusing. Wish they could match the pump handle color to the gas types displayed on the screen, so it's easy for everyone. I already saw a couple of reviews of people saying how frustrating it was for them.

New pumps are frustratingly slow and more complicated than necessary. After 3 attempts to pay/pump gas I left and went across the street to BP.
